I finally got up on my roof to see what had been done because I am quite old 71 to be exact and found that he had smashed my air vent across the top of the roof as I have a metal roof . The man did not remove firebricks when cleaning the stove, the flue pipe came loose when doing chimney. I asked them to check the pipe, since it has been a problem before. He said the pipe was fine. Angelo charged me 30 % more than than the previous year, and no senior discount. Two weeks later, I can't close the draft, it was clogged with ashes; then I saw flames coming out of the flue pipe where the pipes are connected. So, the man did not check it as I asked.
