Probably because they don't value your business as a customer, or know they're overcharging you, or some combination of the two. I'd encourage any current customers to definitely shop around, but don't expect a call back when you get a better number (you will.) Expect to not get return calls or texts from Josh and have to cancel your policy through a secretary in the office lmaoo. Must've lost the customer service aspect before they moved over to the new building that their overcharged customers paid for .. Best of luck !!
