He sat slack jawed and mouth open, responding with only a grunt when I greeted him good morning. He had no greeting for me and there was a vacancy in his eyes that suggested what I later confirmed: This man has had a long career in special education. As a consumer. "How's it going?" I asked him. He was the type who could transform most words into a monosyllabic affair, "okay" falling out of his still open mouth in an abrupt slough. I explained I was looking for some assistance with my car and he - failing to look at me even once - responded they are not accepting any work for another week. Fair enough, but I imagine quality customer service would have acknowledged the inconvenience and thanked me for my attempted patronage. Moreover, they may have considered taking my information down and offering to call me upon their next availability. Nope, none of that. The dopey fellow let me leave without wishing me luck, a good day, or so much as a farewell. That first impression will be the last. I will never, ever walk through those doors - even at gunpoint.

They repaired the rear air suspension in my 2016 Cayenne Turbo and it's as good as new! No more clunking, and super smooth! BE AWARE they charge you every time they do a test- including a retest ! (which is an extra $185) turned my car in on a Wednesday night before closing, which I knew they were not going to get to it that night, waited all day the next day, did not hear from them whatsoever, then I called them on Friday to find out what's going on, which I needed to wait for the lady who checked us in to come back, which wasn't until 2 hours before closing, to tell me they couldn't get to my car the previous day because of call outs. (All they were authorized to do was a diagnostic which takes 2-3 minutes). She proceeded to say that they needed to replace the alternator, and since it's late on Friday, they needed to order the part, but closed on the weekend and wouldn't get to it til Monday. They open at 8am and I got the call at 842am to say my car was ready. Less than 3 hours of labor and I was charged almost $600, which included a second diagnostic fee. PLEASE use this as advice to go to another shop, and make sure you're not charged more than 1 diagnostic fee, or $600 in labor for not even 3 hours of labor. We thought because of our first experience here it would be okay bringing another one of our vehicles, but we will now be looking for another shop because of this experience. Highly unsatisfied!
