****Updated review **** Came across 360 auto repair for a oil change and I was impressed by the speed of service they quickly were able to get my oil change done and were able to replace and air filter quickly, since they had a large supply on hand. I was sitting comfortably in the waiting area with comfortable couches with air conditioning and water. Since I've been frequently visiting for oil changes my cars have been all maintained here which are all Japanese, European and British including my Range Rover which had a cooling system overhaul along with air suspension repair these cars can be very finicky and pain to work on but they took exceptional care while doing the work. Overall they have keen eye when inspecting vehicles such as suspension, bakes, engine, alignment tune ups etc. They offer fair pricing and alternatives if needed, they offer quality work with efficiency they run a tight ship this is the place to take vehicles for 360 care! read more

I'm on my second car with this location. I appreciate the fast service, the kind engagement with the employees, and the price point of my oil changes. I have had my brakes done at this location as well. They were super fast and whatever price they quoted was the price that I paid. I will continue to have my car serviced at this location. It seems to be pretty popular because the last time I went early in the morning for an oil change, their lobby was full of people. So I don't think I'm the only one who find this location as a real gem for car maintenance. read more

I have only lived in antioch for 3 years now and the first year I was here, my car broke down and I was very close to 360 auto-repair, I have been passing it by going home back-and-forth and I had such a good feeling about the place because there was never no cars lingering after the shop closed, always clean so I took my car there. They repaired it, it didn't break down anymore. They were very good at explaining to me. What was needed? And I did not feel cheated like other places. I've gone to being a woman. And ever since that day I have been going back, I call them the fellas and they have taken very good care of my car, I have a 2011 rav4 And I have recommended them to a few more people, and I've also heard good things from them about them, taking care of their car. I don't usually write reviews, but 360 Auto really made a stressful situation much easier for me. My car had an oil leak, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and give me a fair price for the repair. They ordered the part right away and worked hard to get everything fixed as quickly as possible. As a busy mom, timing was important. Thanks to their efficiency, I was able to pick up my kids from summer school and make it to another appointment without having to rearrange my whole day. What I appreciated most was how comfortable and relaxed the experience was. While waiting, I sat on their office couch and even got a little nap in. It's not often you can say that about an auto repair shop! Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They kept me informed, got the repair done when they said they would. Found this car shop over 10 years ago, through yelp. The amount of positive reviews should tell you all you need to know- this is the place. I've had multiple cars serviced through the years here and have never felt taken advantage of or dissatisfied. The guys at the shop are thorough and will always show you, when/if something is worn/torn or just needs works. I've moved away from the area and had a bad experience at another shop closer to home. (That'll teach me huh?) I went in for an oil change at this other place and was told I needed to replace all sorts of stuff.. quoted high.. so sure enough I call 360 Auto, get a quote for the work and now this other guy wants to match the quote I got from 360, I say no thank you. I will make the 13 mile drive each way even if it's just an oil change.. There is nothing like having a trusted mechanic, one who truly takes care of your car. Quality work with great customer service can be very hard to come by, but 360 is delivering it day in and day out. It can get busy at times because they do have so many loyal/returning customers so I try to make it in at opening or call and schedule a service ahead of time (mostly because I do have to drive out of my way). We brought our Subaru Impreza to 360 Auto Care in Antioch, on a referral from another business. An amazing experience. We dealt with Joe. A very nice professional man. The car needed service. I asked for them to check the car over for things that may need attention. They changed the oil. And I asked for a tire rotation. On inspection, they notice odd wear on the tires. And they noticed a problem with the tie rods. Which was the cause of the tire wear. I will be bringing the vehicle back, to get the car repaired. These guys have earned my business. I'm very loyal to honest businesses. And I could not be any happier with service that I received from this facility. Thank you Joe and Sam. You are great guys.
