I bought a Groupon for Broadway tire for an oil change and it cost me like 60 bucks and I'm thinking when I get there they'll be like an up charge or something nope 60 bucks I couldn't believe it. Then I asked them like what the regular price would be and it was 110 literally half the price of what I've been paying everywhere else. They were so nice. The next day I scheduled an appointment: they held my car the whole day and they did not tell me until the last minute that my car was not going to be looked at. I am completely appalled and unhappy how I was treated. People with appointments should come first over other people.
