Very much appreciated his professionalism. Now the work. I had gravel and pavers installed on both sides of my home. The price was fair, the crew were on time, Daniel was present the entire time overseeing to completion. A job that I thought would take an entire day was done to perfection within hours. About 4 months ago things started to change. He was no longer reliable, truthful, or dependable. I discovered that he was lying about cutting different properties and was always filled with hundreds of excuses. Meanwhile, he then tells me he got a big mowing job at the VA. Well, I am happy for him, but you don't just kick your good customers that pay within an hour of the property being completed to the curb. His communication skills are totally absent, and you constantly have to run after him. When he starts making excuses, you need to cut him loose. There are many lawn care people out there that are dying for the jobs and the work. Find one of them and give them your business. Dwayne doesn't care. On the day of service, Daniel informed me when he was in route and then let me know midway through the project that it was going to be the upper end of the estimate he'd given me and why. I had to locate someone to clean my clothing drier air duct because the brand new machine I purchased wasn't functioning. Had I not found Daniel to do this work so quickly and effectively I might've been stuck with a lemon machine because I couldn't try it within the return window. It is hard using a business I hadn't tried before and I want to provide this as a recommendation for other customers. I believe I paid a fair price for the service I received and as a consequence, my home is safer and my clothes are getting dry.

Then he called back and said he could do it, but it would cost much more than he thought because the grass was higher and the yard was bigger than he had estimated. Ultimately, I ended up paying twice as much as we originally agreed to get it mowed by him, and he did not do a great job. He had his young children helping him. He, personally, was nice. His tactics were unappreciated, his work was shoddy, and I felt that he took advantage of me. :/
