The last thing I want to mention is how the drive through works: you order at one of those boards with a menu on it, and a speaker & microphone in it. Then you pull through to a window to pay. Lastly, you pull up to another window to pick up your order. This is all built on a slight incline, do the server has to lift the food over their head to give it to you.

We were the only customers in the place, and the one person working was busy preparing orders placed online. He happily greeted us and asked if we knew what we wanted, but we hadn't yet. We eventually decided on combo #2 which the cheeseburger and poutine. The poutine was ready first, and it was - average. I was expecting something more, but it honestly wasn't any better than what I could get from a NY Fries (actually I like the fries at NY fries better). On the other hand the cheeseburger was pretty good. I only read after that the King St location might be better. I guess I'll try that location next time, if I'm in Kingston, but I'll keep my expectations in check.
