If the food is dunkable, chances are that it went into the clarified butter. The mashed potatoes were delicious and comforting. I got lots of gravy, which I appreciated. I had room for dessert. I went with the carrot cake with cream cheese. When it came to me, I thought that I had some sort of weird version tiramisu. The cream cheese was generous.
