While my order was being made, some of the staff were preparing their own lunches at the same time. I noticed their personal subs were packed full, while the subs being made for paying customers had very minimal toppings. There was also a lack of professionalism, with staff spending time joking around, leaving the front area, and having personal conversations while customers were waiting. One employee who is usually working with Anne has always been great -- friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the actions of the other staff members during this visit overshadowed that. What concerned me most was feeling uncomfortable as staff were speaking another language among themselves while laughing and appearing to comment about customers. I had someone with me who understood the language and felt the conversation was inappropriate. I respect that everyone has their own language and culture, but in a customer service setting, communication with customers should always be respectful and professional. After being a loyal customer, this experience has changed my opinion. I hope management looks into the concerns around customer service, food quality, and professionalism because this location can do better.
