Horrible service and the bacon was burnt took them 15 minutes to make my food and the root beer was nothing special

Love the food comes out good but the cashier has an attitude geared towards a fight. Always has a bad attitude and tries to rush you in the drive through. I could probably get better service from an angry badger fighting for food. read more

Seen a few bad reviews but I was starving so I stopped here anyways lol, so first things first. I got the two chicken sliders combo. I must say. It's very expensive. It was delicious, don't get me wrong. But too expensive in my opinion. The chickens were pretty small so it left me wanting more lol. I also bought the hotdog as well. Decent price for all that comes on it I suppose, i bought cheese curds from there too. Kinda dry. No marinara sauce unfortunately. Still pretty good tho considering. Staff was friendly and in good spirits as well. I most likely will never buy food from here again because the prices are crazy. But still good first experience. read more

We needed fuel so we stopped for gas and there was an A&W so we grabbed food here and it was good. I haven't ate A&W in a long time and didn't realize it's actually good for fast food. Easy stop to fuel up and grab some burgers to keep going on our journey home. read more

When i asked an employee to refill my Root Beer Float he refused, instead he send me to refill my Root Beer Float with the ( cheeper ) version of Root Beer. I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Both times, greeted n order taken by same older woman. Both times, she looks scared n bothered at tha same time. If ur gonna treat me rude, I had better given u a good reason to do so... Tha food is decent The atmosphere is pleasant and bright n clean Its a bit pricey, but its tha only game in this area They have I scream! I went to A&W during my lunch break and the food was very good, and staff was amazing and very helpful.

Normally, I understand the stress of working fast food. I have done it, myself. However, my small family stopped to get a burger, fries and cheese curds. It took over 20 minutes to get our order. Now had they been rushing around to get orders out, I would have been okay with the wait. But this was not the case. The three young ladies working were all going very slow. As if they were not busy. I watched her make my husband's burger, it sat on the sandwich station open for over 5 minutes. And was cold by the time we got it. Again normally I don't complain too much about fast food. But if you stop at this location on a long road trip, I would not recommend. I gave it 3 stars because the cheese curds and fries were hot. I think they just need better time management. I still A&W but next road trip, we will skip this location. read more

So the impromptu trip to drive the kids to stay at my parents house tonight set the table for the grossest, funniest, and most awkward situation I have ever seen. Being that I still haven't eaten dinner and it's 7:00pm I figured I would just stop by A&W to get a burger to eat at home. I order the burger and begin waiting. Then...it happened... The lady that was behind me in line had her 13-15 year old son with her and he says, "Hey mama, you have cheese on your butt." He didn't say it quietly by any means so the whole room of about 20 people (including myself) do their best to peak at what was going on. Yep, she had cheese on her butt alright. Nacho Cheese. A whole god damn mess of it. Both cheeks, down the crack, and it wraps underneath to her nether region. I'd like to paint a little bit of a clearer picture by explaining that it wasn't smeared. This amount of cheese was REAL thick. Thick and dripping down onto the floor. She responds, "Well, shit Andre, get some napkins and clean it up." Andre grabs a handful of napkins like the good boy he is and calmly starts wiping and smearing, and wiping and smearing, and wiping and smearing the cheese off her butt...cheeks. All while she is deciding on ordering a hotdog or a hamburger. The whole crowd has different reactions on their faces. Some couldn't watch out of disgust, others just were astounded, and people like myself were doing everything they could not to bust out laughing. Then the heat cranked up to 11. Andre started to realize that yes, he did clean up what he could on the cheeks, but her black sweatpants had soaked in a lot of it and he was done with that portion of his mother, so.... Andre went to work on her crack, wiping her butt crack much like you would clean a baby's bottom. The crowd was in suspense, no way he would take this a step further...right? Yup. He sure did. Andre is now wiping DEEP in between his Mom's legs, all while she is about to pay for their food. I'm literally dying, thinking I'm going to blow up with laughter. Some people had left, but not me, I'm no quitter. Andre was not the only child. Daughter shows up and she's hungry too. She also can't decide between a hot dog or hamburger. Mom turns around to Andre and says to go get something from the car. Once again, Andre is a good boy and obliges. Mom begins to furiously wipe her own ass and crotch while she waits for a decision from daughter. She decides. She pays. At the end of the ordeal, the relentless wiping on the insane amount of nacho cheese on this ladies black sweatpants created a stain. A stain that looked like this woman was severely ill. My order was called. I ran the hell out of there. My burger kinda sucked. read more

Beware of their Buy 1 get 1 free on Tuesdays for the Papa burger special. According to the national ad, it does state at specific locations and this location does offer it. But, they refuse to sell more than 1 for the special price. They state they cannot but in fact they choose not to as a way of justifying why they are going to overcharge you. Horrible customer service. Lists a medium cup as a large so you have to pay more to get the standard 32 ounce large which they're calling an extra large. Also they don't give you a frosted glass like other a&w's. They think because they're in a truck stop someone has no other options. Giving a&w a bad name. read more

Sticky tables, dirty floors, and an unwillingness to alter a simple hamburger. When asked if we could hold the ketchup and add onions the girl informed us that the burgers come with ketchup and not onions. When we got our order there were no pickles or onions but they remembered to hold the ketchup. read more

The girl working the drive thru is rude and snobby. I will never eat there again!!!! What a black mark on the A&W name. Sad!!!

I used to work here the management is trash and the food i wouldnt trust. A lot of the food drops on the floor and they still cook. Plus most of the employees dont use gloves at all and rarely wash there hands. They always eating in the back and always on there phones. The manager is really short tempered and unprofessional he yells at his employees for the slightest problems. read more
