We bought the family feast deal and they gave us 2 forks and forgot our sauces. Luckily we reminded them of the sauces. Lol. So sad to say I won't be coming here again. I ordered three plates plus veggie rolls and Rangoons. Neither rolls nor rangoons made it into my sack. The three plates, one was beef & broccoli with mushroom chicken. There was one piece of beef with a pile of broccoli laid on top. Both of the other plates had hardly any meat (one and one half pieces). I work hard and very occasionally eat out, BIG mistake coming here. If you're out of something just say so, don't barely put any food but add a pile of extra noodles. read more

I live almost 50 miles away and go to Panda Express whenever I'm in Hermiston. Generally the food is amazing and so is the service... however today, I ordered in the drive through and was asked to park out front at 12:40 p.m. After sitting for 10 minutes I went in to check on my order, not finished cooking. (I didn't ordered anything unique) Another 10 minutes and walking to the gas station next door for a drink, I decided to go in and ask for a refund. I was met just inside the door by a worker who basically shoved my food at me. No apology for waiting 20 minutes ... nothing. read more

Love me some Panda Express!!! Imagine how excited I was when I learned of a Hermiston location opening. I've given the newly opened restaurant a few months to get things right, staff trained etc. After my meal today though it's unlikely I'll go back locally, the portions were definitely smaller then I've ever been served, orange chicken was crunchy in a bad way. The rice was dry and bland, I would love if they could match the quality I've had at other Panda's. I have other Chinese options in town that I'll revisit :( read more

I wanted to give it a try, I have had Panda Express in the tricities and it was pretty good. The Hermiston location however was not up to par. Broccoli beef had no beef practically, cold hard orange chicken, flavorless chow mien and rice. Cheese Rangoon was overcooked. Safeway Chinese food is better. read more

I had never been to a Panda Express, and my first trip to this new business in Hermiston. OR was less than stellar. It is an express lane, but can't say much more about the food. The not fried rice had no flavor, and the broccoli beef had not cooked broccoli & beef that had the texture of something from the freezer. The mushroom chicken was better, but still very bland and zucchini seemed only slightly cooked. It is fast food, edible, but the plate with 2 entrees & 1 side was not worth the over $8 I paid. This wad $4.50-$5 fast food, that could not be compared to a good restuarant quality meal. Very disappointed. read more

My spouse and I stopped in to the new panda express in Hermiston for the first time. It will be our last. We have eaten at many Panda Expresses throughout California, and the Hermiston restaurant is sub par. The broccoli beef... Beef was so grisselly that we finally just spit out the meat because it wasn't soft enough to swallow. Our jaws began to get tired from chewing. Ugh! The orange chicken did not taste good. The pepper chicken however, was cooked beautifully. That dish is not good enough to bring us back in through the doors. They piled the to go box with the side order, in our case, the rice, and then were skimpy with the other side dishes. They only filled the containers for sauces, a quarter of the way up. Again, SKIMPY! We will not be eating there ever again. Very sad. read more

1 star is by far a higher rating than deserved. Now I've ate & enjoyed Panda Express numerous times IN TRICITIES. Panda Express opened in hermiston & I figured I wouldn't have to travel far to grab a bite anymore. I walked in hungry af & as I was telling the employee what I wanted on my 3 entree plate, Chow Mein, honey walnut shrimp, & before I can even say broccoli beef, another employee comes from behind the girl serving me & SNATCHES the plate from her. LITERALLY takes it away to COUNT THE SHRIMP she served me & takes ONE, LITERALLY ONE SHRIMP OUT. Broccoli Beef was my next choice, which really should have just been called UNCOOKED BROCCOLI & NO BEEF. At this point I was debating if I should even pay because the finished plate (3 entree) ended up looking like i ordered for a toddler. THE FOOD HAD NO FLAVOR, BEYOND BLAND & NO SAUCE ON BROCCOLI BEEF OR HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP. idk if any one there has Ever set foot in a Panda Express, let alone ate there because my experience was BEYOND HORRIBLE.
