There was bugs in root beer freeze! That's disgusting!! I got sick because of it! YUCK!

Worst experience. Ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup only. The employee working the front desk stated back that she put the order in that way. The burger came out dripping with mustard and pretty well raw. A different employee came up when I went to ask for another burger that was cooked and only had cheese and ketchup. Was charged again because, "you probably didn't tell her you wanted ketchup only." Burger came out 30 seconds later (the first took over 10 minutes) so cold/undercooked the cheese wasn't even stuck to it. Avoid this location. Only positive was the actual root beer. read more

They did not have any sign saying the drive through was closed. I pulled in at 1220 4JUN21 with 3 kids in the car. The intercom was broken and the employee told me the drive through just closed and I could see 3 cars in line and one at the window. I asked when did you close it he said just now we are to busy. read more

As a trucker I fueled up took a 30 got me a bacon burger and chili fries real fudging good will be back again

Just got back from a very nice dinner. I had the #5, bacon cheese burger with onion rings while my wife had the Papa Burger with a root beer float. Both were great. I even had jalapeños added to my burger. The onion ring were some of the best I've had in a long time. As we ate lunch, we saw one of the employees cleaning one of their drink machines at the front counter. The area behind the counter was darn near spotless. Amazing to see an employee actually cleaning something in this day and age. We'll be going back when we return to the area in a few weeks. Great food! read more

A w been here for 2weeks very good food rootbear number one staff is always nice. Now did read a review one star perhaps to caught them on a bad day. Now like my burger a certain way as well. Which I make at home. If I am out I'll try what the locals like first. Each area of the country has their own spin on food this includes burgers. And yes this is a truck stop area. I want it burger made certain way but cashier lady told me they cannot do it cause that she get in trouble. Bullshit she was just being lazy. Than I decided to get grill chicken sandwich she said it is not ready. It will be 15 min. It is 1030 am. U donot have ur stuff ready. Stop talking to each other and start working u lazy people's. I usually love a&w but they did not have cheese curds when we went. They didn't close for 3 hours and were completely out. Very unhappy.

Went to get a root beer float. There was a sign on the outside ordering area that said "temporarily out of ice cream products". That was two weeks ago. Went back a few time since including today, sign is still there. over two weeks that is totally pathetic!!!!! read more
