I only have 1/2 hour for lunch and they cannot get my one sub meal out to me at 11 a.m. Bread has been burnt last 2 visits and the guy tried to tell me it is because I got wheat bread. Another customer returned their sub to the counter for burnt bread and was told it was because it had to be run through twice. Really, then turn it down a little. The tea here tastes like chlorine now and did not in the past. It is unexceptable to try to give ridiculous excuses to regular customer for poor quality product. I have been here now for 25 minutes, still no sub and when I asked, I was told he is doing the best he can. Someone please help this place out! It even spells like burnt bread in here.

I hate to say how unimpressed and disappointed I am with this visit.
