For what you pay it's a good deal. I had the teen burger. It was a perfectly fine fast food hamburger with a fresh bun, leaf lettuce, I think one piece of bacon, probably, pickles and ketchup. I suggest getting the value deal or the combo for four dollars or so more and you get french fries and a drink. The french fries are very good I have a little bit of the potato skin on it. Here is a hint, order them without salt that way you get a brand new fresh hot batch. While the fries are hot and good serving size they had seasoning on it, which means they either had very light salt seasoning or they didn't clean the bin when they put the french fries in it either way they were good and not overly salted so enjoyable. The problem was the A&W root beer. I ordered the diet A&W root beer and it was flat absolutely zero carbonation. I told the employee that and she simply gave me another cup, which is also completely flat without any bubbles. It's amazing that the product the company is named after was the worst part of the meal. The good is they're very few places around here like this open 24 hours a day and the restaurant looks clean. The lady took the order was pleasant but soft spoken so I couldn't really understand her. They make the food to order and stated above, except for the root beer tasted pretty good.

I had no idea where the nearest Harvey's was from the borders of Toronto, Scarborough, and Markham. I did a search and realized that there's this one further south on Victoria Park, before you hit highway 401. It's funny. I have blown past this location many times. I've never stopped by. I also knew that there was an Chinese grocery store in the same plaza. Here's to another cool stop at two stores that I needed. The drive down was smooth. It took perhaps ten minutes. I had to make a left turn into the plaza. It took a bit of time, but I eventually made a safe turn. I did grocery shopping first. I had backed into a spot that directly faced the drive-thru, steps away from the grocery store's entrance. When I was done, I simply drove straight ahead to place my order at the drive-thru. I had a nice woman on the other end taking my order. I ordered two original beef burgers. I went with my standard toppings on both: lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and relish. She was so friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but I didn't mind. This Harvey's is also a Swiss Chalet. Excellent! I was drooling looking at the poutine on the menu. I love poutine. Harvey's does poutine well. I paid with a debit card. The woman had the payment machine taped to a hockey stick. Love! The transaction was smooth. I wonder if that hockey stick is ever used on deadbeat customers who don't pay. Hmm... I got my food in a paper bag. I thanked her and left. When I got home, I had my food. I loved the original burger. It was the right size. The flame-broiled beef patty was yummy. The toppings were perfect. I was a bit rusty and realized that my usual mayo is garlic mayo. These burgers hit the spot for dinner. The next day, I returned for the same deal. Yep, I was back less than 24 hours later. Instead, I got original and veggie burgers. With the latter, you have the option of getting a regular or multigrain bun. I had never had the multigrain bun before, so I chose it. The veggie burger is pretty good here. It tastes like a regular beef patty. It wasn't dry. It had good flavour. I'd do it again. The multigrain bun made me feel like I was eating healthier... haha! I went with garlic mayo, along with lettuce, tomatoes, and relish. Both burgers tasted much better. Garlic is everything. I dig this Harvey's. I need to get poutine next time, but I keep dreaming about this burger deal. Maybe when it's gone, I'll get the poutine. The woman who took my order during my second visit as equally as pleasant and nice as the woman from the previous night. Staff are awesome. I appreciated it. I'll be back. I find that the root beer quality is highly inconsistent depending on the franchise location. For example, the Sheppard and Birchmount A&W location has some of the best root beer in the GTA. They serve you the root beer in CHILLED glasses and the root beer is also very fizzy. Perhaps it was because this A&W is part of the food court? The burger patties could've also been hotter when biting into them. I must echo what one other reviewer said about the temperature. Also, while the sides tasted good, the sweet potato fries should've been in the fryer longer (a lot of them were limp and not crispy). The onion rings were also not battered well. The coating was basically flaking off of each piece when I picked them up. I'm still gonna come back to this A&W for the $2 mobile app order (teen/mozza burgers) on Maple Leaf game days, but if I was really craving A&W it wouldn't be at this location.

This location serves plate in breakfasts until 11am weekdays and until 12pm noon on weekends. Staff are accommodating. It's a nice place to grab a bite anytime of the year.
