I have heard so much about this place and finally got to try it. Interior gives a modern take on an old school diner. It's cute! The person l who took my order was so friendly and sweet. She recommended the Rosie burger. I upgraded it to a combo with fries and the banana pudding. Food came out fast and fresh. The burger was really good! The fries had a light seasoning and portions were generous. The banana pudding definitely stole the show. Love the texture of the crumbs on top, it's sweet but not overly sweet. I put an online order in since I knew that I was going to be in the area. This was done with ease & their online ordering is good with the exception that I had to create an account instead of being able to do a guest checkout. I ordered two classic burgers (double patty cuz why go single when there's an option to have more haha), half & half (fries + onion rings), and the banana pudding dessert. Total was around $45 which is pretty expensive for "fast" food. I arrived at 8:20 p.m. for my 8:30 pickup. It wasn't ready yet since I was early but I think it was ready right at the pick up time selected. I had the dessert when I got home that night & it was so decadent! I do wish that there was smaller pieces of banana mixed in with the pudding along with the sliced banana sitting on top. I didn't finish it that night so had the rest after lunch the next day & it was still tasty. The smash burger (didn't take a pic) wasn't the best one I've had but wasn't terrible either. I found the patty a bit dry but it could be because I reheated it in the microwave the next day for lunch. I'd definitely try another burger fresh when I'm in the area next. Great smash burgers with customizable options to get it just the way you like it. I love grilled onions, so I went with the party burger with a single patty. This location opened up this summer in the Shops at Don Mills plaza (replacing South St Burger). One hungry day I decided to try it and got the smash burger -single patty (you can get it double patty for extra $), half and half (fries & onion rings) and a drink. I also ordered a dipping sauce (.99c extra) With taxes it come to around $19 or so. A bit $$$ in my opinion but I guess this is the going rate for a combo meal (note the half fries/onion rings are a higher price than just getting all fries or all onion rings) This location has plenty of seating and is clean. The staff are all friendly and it took about 5 min or so to get my meal The cheeseburger was delicious, and the fries (thicker crinkle cut lightly salted) were pretty nice. This is my first time trying Rosie's after hearing great things about their burgers and banana pudding. I came on the second day of opening and there was still quite a line. It's great to see the community supporting their opening and also super good for me since this location is much more accessible than the Toronto ones. I got The Rosie, which comes with two smashed patties, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and Rosie's sauce. I thought it was a pretty decent burger with a lovely sauce. It was a bit salty for me (but that might just be a me thing). The fries were also great as well. The banana pudding was delicious and quickly devoured. Came on opening day, and as someone who hasn't tried the other branches for this restaurant, my first impression was that it is pretty decent. The burger and fries were delicious and despite the huge crowd, my order came out in a reasonable time. However, the highlight would definitely be the banana pudding. I also tried the limited time birthday pudding, but it was not my favorite. The banana pudding is comparable to the best banana pudding ever had, which was from magnolia in NY. First time trying Rosie's off of the hype on TikTok. Came in on a Thursday around 1PM and there was no lineup. Ordered 2 Rosie's Burgers and paired it with half and half onion rings and fries. The burger was perfect. Soft brioche bun, patties cooked so well with a light crisp on the perimeter, good amount of lettuce tomatoes and pickles... normally smash burgers have juice that drip down my hands and make the meal so messy. This one did NOT but was still juicy and delicious. 10/10 The onion rings were mid, but the CRINKLE FRIES LETS GET IT. Perfectly crispy without being dry inside with too much potato. 10/0 Dad's Banana Pudding: I have never tried banana pudding before but this was a TREAT. Not super sweet, with a nice layer of graham on top. My wife and dropped in for a bite on a tuesday night. She had the spicy chicken thing that was fried and looked over fried. She couldn't eat it. I had the classic that didnt have any condiments apart from a pickle I saw. It was smallish for $12.50 but a little light on the whole thing. I wouldn't get that again. Came to Rosie's after a round of golf w my daughter. We ordered a couple of single patty cheeseburgers, shared the half n half of rings and crinkle fries. The cheeseburgers 4/5 were flavorful smash burgers, I especially liked mine with the grilled onions. Good ratio of great bun to meat. The surprise were the crinkle cut fries 5/5, these were really excellent! Onion rings were good too 4/5. The pumpkin pie pudding was a special seasonal offering and it didn't disappoint 5/5.
