Received on Sat by Monday they were dead even with a fresh cut on Sunday in an attempt to revive them. Called shop on Wednesday. No answer x3 - left a VM. Called again on Thursday. Talked to an associate and she said she would tell manager to call. Now Sunday and never heard back. Associate questioned why it took from Monday to Wednesday to call. This florist showed very poor customer service from start to finish. The flowers were delivered after business hours despite being given specific delivery timeframes. The attached note looked unprofessional -- it was written on a piece of paper folded multiple times. To make matters worse, one rose was missing from the dozen that was ordered. "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all!" goes the old adage, and generally speaking, I refrain from leaving negative reviews, unless the conduct of the business truly warrants it. To wit, on Monday, I received a floral arrangement from A-Apple Blossom Florist that my daughter had sent me. On Wednesday, exactly 48 hours after the arrangement was delivered, over a third of the flowers had wilted. I called A-Apple, and explained and asked them for a solution. The woman, whose name I neglected to ask for, asked me to text her photos, and I asked if she wanted me to text it to the number I called, and she said yes. I sent her the photos and did not get a response. The following day, Thursday, I called and spoke to the same woman who claimed she did not get the photos, and then she said, she forwards the calls from her landline to her cell phone and so I had actually sent the photos to her landline. I asked her to text me the number she wanted me to send the photos, and she sent a text message with a phone number, allegedly for the owner and asked me to text the owner. I sent a text to both numbers--the number, allegedly, of the owner, and the number from which she texted me. Again, no response. Today, Friday, I sent her a text message to inform her that the charges would be disputed because they had failed to respond, and again, she claimed she had not received the photos. Strange that she would get the text messages, but not the photos?! She then says she will replace the flowers in a vase and wants her basket back. However, I informed her that I would not be home to receive the replacement, and she said she was trying to offer a solution and I was not working with her. I had to remind her that I had sought a solution two days earlier and she had chosen to ignore me. Receiving flowers from a loved one is one of the greatest joys and pleasures of life. It goes to show how much the sender loves and appreciates you, it should not be ruined by a florist who uses old flowers, and doesn't stand behind their product or service. read more

We ordered an arrangement through Telaflora for a friend's memorial service. We live out of state, so this was handled remotely. Terrie at Apple Blossom was on top of everything. She kept in touch with me, confirming times and details all the way. The service was held in a gated community (which we didn't realize until she attempted delivery). We had no gate code. I bought ( 3 ) as I was honoring three people with these particular flowers. The selections of different flowers was very fresh. Interior is several arrangements from fresh to artificial. It is a full florist shop. From the outside I did not know what to expect honestly. Everything was well put together and everything was very clean. My parents ordered me a huge 40 rose arrangement as a surprise and Teri blew it by texting me for my address and to confirm order smh When addressed Teri became argumentative and was very unprofessiona. I received damaged roses with missing pedals (flowers were groomed enough to be presentable). Flower began to die within the first two days. My parents stated the arrangement delivered looked smaller than advertised as well. My Man ordered me flowers for my birthday to be delivered to my work through 1-800 flowers. He paid extra to ensure they arrived before noon and he called at 11:30am to inquire where they were. I got them after 1pm a bit before 2pm which if I had been the one to pay extra for a service and it wasn't delivered on time I would be disappointed. He also said they can fit up to 250 characters on the card but it was handwritten and smudged only a sentence worth fit. Being on the receiving end..
