Super responsive through text, easy to communicate with, and he accepts debit/credit cards which made everything convenient. He'll usually arrange a meetup spot -- in my case it was the CVS parking lot on Rainbow & Warm Springs. Joe actually joked that he once had a customer cancel because they thought the parking lot meetup seemed sketchy . But when I arrived, he was literally in the middle of another transaction handing off beautiful leis to another customer while processing payment, so I immediately knew he was legit. Everything was packaged with care, and he even included cute decal stickers which was such a nice touch. The leis were beautiful, fresh, and exactly what we needed for our family celebration.
