I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind. The panels on the front of my truck don't line up, which is relatively apparent. My driver's side window has deep scratches from the accident that were not addressed. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the windshield had not been installed. This took another two days. I have to be perfectly honest: I don't care how they put the parts back on.....the truck is not the same. I am going to take it to another shop for an evaluation of the work performed.
