He called the towing dispatch to see if they could get ahold of the ownder to find out where he was or what was going on. The dispatcher sent him text messages and called him and said she could tell that he read the messages but he never responded and never called my husband back. I called the towing dispatch again around 11:00am and the lady said she would have thought that the owner would have contacted my husband, so she sent him another message. As if moving were not stressful enough, we have to add this to the frustration. We had people lined up to help us load the trailer and still had to pay them because they showed up even though we had no trailer to load. This is total crap!! U-haul cancelled our reservaation and gave us a $50 credit. Whoopie!!! That does not even cover what we had to pay the people to help us load the trailer. Now our moving is postponed and the people we had lined up to help us are not available. Thanks for making an already stressful event even more stressful!!! This is a total lack of customer service and a total blow to our moving plans. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

They wanted him to remove the whole rear-end and pay for a new one to have them send another one to Ohio. Jim saved me a ton on labor by arguing that they only needed an axle replaced. He really tried to straighten it out when it really wasn't his problem. My Tahoe was at his shop for over a month (no charge) before we gave up on that company to remedy their faulty part and he had it fixed in a day. I came back up from NC, picked it up, and I'm back on the road with the vehicle driving smoothly again. Great work, and the best customer service I've dealt with at a mechanic shop...EVER. He was always available when I called and he always kept me in the loop. Very professional. 6 stars.

I took my SUV to a different mechanic who quoted me a RIDICULOUS price for broken AC. I don't know jack about cars but I knew this RIDICULOUS quote had to be wrong. Highway robbery. I've suffered 2 summers with no air because I refused to pay the cost of a black market kidney for some AC. The busted air compressor eventually caused a belt to burn out and my engine almost caught on fire two days ago. Leo fixed me all up for 1/5 of that other dude's price.
