Although sometimes you can't always have what you want and you have to compromise. So I listened to the guy's insurance that was in charge of covering my vehicle and they sent me here. After reading these 5 star reviews I knew my car would be in good hands. All that suspicion started to go away. The customer service was great, they explained everything they would do to repair my vehicle and a time estimate when it would be done. The reason they are getting the five stars though is that I did not expect my car to be done by now and in very good condition after they completely fixed the damage done to my rear end of the vehicle. I expected to get a call like next week. The reason I'm ecstatic is because you might not know but I did not take a rental during the time my car was being repaired by Glassburn. I was offered it by the insurance but because I had 2 other vehicles I said no thanks. I sort of regret not getting that rental now, since I went through 2 cars that had so many issues in the three days my car was being repaired. So as you can all imagine, when I got the news my car was completed today I jumped for joy. Ben at Glassburn surely made my day by letting us know the vehicle was done earlier than expected. Plus it looked brand new and they really took care of it. They cleaned the car inside and out and my wheels were all sparkly. I highly recommend coming here if you have an collision repairs needed.
