My messages to two different "general managers" have gone completely unanswered, and the only email I did receive--from a "manufactured housing specialist"--was an unfinished template with placeholders like "[insert price]" and "[insert timeline]" still left in. My most recent attempt was a month prior and I've heard nothing since, despite me following up. Buying a home is a major decision, and it's frustrating to feel ignored and dismissed when trying to get clear, basic information. If this is the level of communication during the inquiry phase, I'm deeply concerned about what the process would be like after signing a contract.

(bathroom has been out of order, for 6 months) A water leak (entrance) has been a gaping hole in the road for six months. Weed rule, is not enforced. I have not one weed in my yard. My neighbor has weeds that are 3 ft high. Nothing happens. Palm trees use to be trimmed (according to other residents) That doesn't happen anymore. Cars that do not run, in carports. Some people have way to much junk. There are a lot of good people here, with clean lovely homes. Kinda sad that we have to live this way. They are threatening to raise the rent, THIRTY $$$ are you serious. For WHAT! Not suppose to have window AC. 90% do. I don't get a key to the little club house. I have to ask another resident for it. HUH? I'm not 4 years old anymore. I am not aware of any crime here. Pretty peaceful really. Our maintenance/office people are stretched between two parks. I don't think it is ALL their fault. The owners of this park own MANY parks, and they don't care. Because you know what? They would love this park to fail. Then they could buy the 2 parks next to this park, and put in a MEGA park. A lot of parks here are being bought up, and improved. Out with the old, in with the new. I get it. But where do these people go? It's sad. This is a 55 and older park. We have several residents that are NOT 55. There are other things........If you're interested in living here. Be careful. Maybe highlight the issues I have mentioned. Get a second signature. with a witness. I could manage this park better. But I have another job. Ok that's it. I feel better now. They made me select one star to post this.

She doesn't talk to you but at you, yelling and screaming. I was there for less than 6 months and it was so bad I had to move. I was buying a mobile home and not renting. Thank god I got out of contract. The park is nice and so were my neighbors. Beverly is a horrible manager and not good with people. She will make your life a living hell! Again, stay away!!!!

Not only had I not given permission but I was not informed they had moved in. My husband was handcuffed and almost taken to jail because we tried to get our things from our property. The first thing he did wrong was when he listed our mobile home on his website, he posted pictures OF SOMEONE ELSE'S HOUSE, AND REFUSED TO CHANGE IT FOR 6 WEEKS, SAYING IT DIDN'T MATTER to anyone besides me. He showed our home two times in six months, ONCE TO PEOPLE WHO HAD NO MONEY, and the second time to a man with small children, KNOWING FULL WELL THAT WE LIVE IN A SENIOR PARK THAT DOES NOT ALLOW CHILDREN. Then we didn't hear from him for about two months. I tried to call him and he refused to answer my calls. I sent him a text asking him to call me and he made a few sarcastic comments and refused to call me back. I STILL HAVE THE TEXTS. On 9/3/15, when I called and asked him to return our house key and remove his signs, HE TOLD ME HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE CONTRACT EXPIRED AT MIDNIGHT. When I called him at 4:50 the afternoon of 9/4/15, he answered the phone with the comment "DON'T GET YOUR PANTIES IN A BUNCH, I WILL COME GET MY BOX." When he showed up to get his signs and return my key 30 minutes later he said "Okay Kim, you can have your fricking key." Ten minutes later he was texting me with more rude remarks, which are saved to my phone in case he becomes more of a problem. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE ANYONE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH??? Hey Mark Allen... You're fired. Keep your rude comments to yourself and move on. Good luck staying in business if you continue to do business this way.
