We had a five person class taught by Coach William. We all had great experience and finished more knowledgeable not only in cpr but other life rescuing assessments. The course was four hours long. In that time we learned a little to assist with trauma, shock, allergic reactions, musculoskeletal injuries, diabetic emergencies, and many other situations. It was very informative. Coach answered all our questions and concerns and what if questions. Most importantly we learned cpr on adult and children. We had life size and infant dummies that helped make it easier to practice life saving skills. I highly recommend and feel everyone should know basics in assisting with emergencies. read more

A-B-CPR and First Aid Training has been around for ages. This company is my employer's go-to for large/group training opportunities. I've completed several prior to Covid. They offer CPR and first aid. The first aid information was very insightful and useful. We learned about trauma, shock, burns, and so on. I also appreciate the hands-on learning and practice opportunities. The first aid kit sample list was a good reference, I plan to update mine. Seems like my kit is pretty limited/dated and won't be as helpful in a true emergency. The CPR information was equally as informative. This particular trining did not cover infant CPR, but there's information in the student workbook for reference. We learned about AEDs and practiced CPR and use/placement of an AED. Great practice! Patricia/Tricia was the instructor, she was knowledgeable and provided great feedback and answers to all questions. I highly recommend this company for trainings. read more

I have been getting my cpr certificate in a-b-cpr every 2 years since 2018. They are reliable, knowledgable and trustworthy. I received an email reminder regarding my cpr card getting expired which is helpful so that i wont have to write that down. I enrolled in a blended cpr which is a mix of the learning module-online and hand on training-in person. The online modules was a bit challenging especially w a 5 situational quiz at the end of the topic and another (2)25 final quiz on first aid and cpr. I did the modular quiz in 1 night so it wasnt as rough as i expected. If you fail some exam you have an option of retaking it. When you pass the quiz they will email you the certificate which you will bring to the in-person class. Ari was my teacher and she is lovely, energetic and concise regarding the topics to be handled. She checked our attendance and our online certificate before proceeding w the class. I am pregnant when i took this course and Ari is flexible to my needs as well as the whole class. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and looking forward to another cpr class in the next 2 years. read more
