I was "assisted" by an older sales associate with glasses and gray hair who was immediately dismissive, impatient, and openly uninterested in helping me. When I asked about the Starburst collection, she offered minimal responses and refused to let me try on any pieces, making it very clear that my presence was an inconvenience. Her tone and body language were condescending, as if she had already decided I wasn't worth her time. This level of service is embarrassing for a brand that positions itself as high-end. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or judged for wanting to browse or ask questions. This experience left a very poor impression of David Yurman, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. The associate I dealt with is in serious need of customer service training.

I knew I wanted an Alhambra bracelet and was inquiring on the 877 # some questions before heading to the store. I had a woman come up to me and I let her know I wanted to shop for and look at a few Alhambra bracelets as well as their new Ladybug bracelet. She sent another woman out to help me and told me that the only Alhambra bracelets that they had were the ones they had out on display with the diamonds and they were out of stock on all the other ones. She then brought over the ladybug bracelet because that was in the display case, and I knew that was in stock, and I tried it on. I was not crazy about it as I really wanted the Alhambra in blue, white MOP or another color I can not think of the name. She even went on to tell me that the ladybug could not get wet and could not even get hand lotion on the ladybug or it would ruin it (something the e boutique and Miami store told me was not accurate) She did not offer to order anything for me, and did not offer me any advice at all and was quick to be dismissive . As I am walking out I see the other woman over there with ladies drinking champagne and I was not even offered a glass of water. I get offered water at a bare minimum at any high end store I walk into. I called the 877-826-2533 e boutique on my way home and they put me in touch with a lovely woman names Maryna from Miami Design District who took the time to talk with me, send me photos of the colors available (or available to order as they have some out of stock) and emailed me a link to pay for it all within 5 minutes of the call. Someone from corporate should really look into how this store handles some of their walk ins. I had on yoga pants and a t shirt and certainly felt judged.

I had put off the service for a while due to other responsibilities or priorities and decided to take it into the Palm Beach location while there after Christmas. This location is located in the same plaza as Saint Laurent and Hermes, along with other stores and brands. There is parking and valet parking but keep in mind when you go that you may need to circle for a spot, especially if you go during a peak time. It's a beautifully laid out store with a great variety of jewelry, watches, accessories, and some stationary items. Because I was there the day after Christmas, I put my name on a wait list to see the watch maker. It took some time as there were people ahead of me, but when the watchmaker was available, he was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He explained the timing, details of the service I was requesting, and where the watch would go for service. I felt confident and decided to go ahead with the service. He promised to keep me in the loop throughout the process. Around early February I received a call from the watch maker saying my watch was back from being serviced. I drove down around store opening and was able to receive my watch back promptly with a travel pouch to carry it in. When I went to pick up my watch on Friday, the store was quiet and not as busy as the first time I went. (I spoke with a clerk over the phone prior to picking up my watch and she explained that week days were quieter and often one did not need an appointment - she explained weekends and holidays are busier.) The store is a beautiful location and has a lot of natural lighting. They did an excellent job with my watch and I was pleased with the work.
