Attic Fanatics Vintage is located in the Lake Park Arts District. Lake Park is a town in Palm Beach County that was founded in 1923 as Kelsey City. Today Lake Park attracts artists and has a brewery, vintage stores, tattoo shop, art supply store, and other creative businesses. Attic Fanatics is a vintage market made up of seven vendors. I discovered this store while exploring the monthly Rust Market, a vintage flea market held on the third Saturday of every month. In conjunction with the market, Attic Fanatics was having a sidewalk sale. Inside there were several rooms packed with interesting items including toys, collectibles, housewares, clothing, jewelry, holiday decorations, and decor. I loved the vintage Florida souvenirs and flamingos, glassware, and casserole dishes. They had a set of vintage Pyrex bowls in the turquoise color I adore but out of my price range at $275. They also have a room of books. The people working were very friendly. This was a fun store to explore and take a trip down memory lane. read more

So after having fallen in love with the vintage shop next door, I decided to give Attic Fanatics a shot as well. Yeah, no. This store is actually 6 re-sellers, each with their own area of the shop, and the line between vintage and old junk blurs easily here because pretty much the only thing they have in common is that based on how high they price their goods, they must be very fond of the things that look like they have quite literally been found in attics. Not your grandmother's attic though, this is more like the attic of the house you moved into and the guy before you just left the things he didn't want... Each seller's area has its own vibe, some neat and orderly, some a motley assemblage of toys and old toiletry bottles. Not a lot of it makes sense until you get to the back room. Bookshelves here are mostly sorted by genre, and stacked floor to ceiling. Staff is as nice as can be and willing to negotiate prices too. read more

Love this relatively new vintage store in historic Lake Park. Such a fun and eclectic antique mall with multiple vendors. There is definitely for everyone. Lots of options for gifts or that special piece for your home. I fell in love with two decoupage purses that I bought my sisters as a reminder of our Grandmother. I highly recommended stopping when you are in the area or looking for a special vintage piece. read more

My favorite antique store around. Though I've only been twice, I'be easily clocked in a few hours looking through all the knick knacks in this store. This place is packed to the walls with a variety of vintage and eclectic goods; Old Florida decor, uranium glass, alligator hands, stuffed groundhogs--the treasures are endless and frequently updated. Plus they just expanded the back room into an entire book shop! Prices are very reasonable and sometimes there's free candy, which is always a plus. I'd also like to say thank you to the owners for being so welcoming and kind. You all offer a rare customer service quality that you rarely see anymore, it's genuine and much appreciated. Love this little consignment. Always seem to find a gem or two at a good price whenever I'm in there. They don't have everything - this isn't Amazon or a warehouse, previous posters - but it's worth a spin through. Turnover of items isnt tremendous, but it isnt at many shops ... timing is everything. You go often, you will be rewarded. And honestly, to those who are critical of these kinds of businesses, does it hurt to just walk through and take a few minutes to see what they have? Theres a good shop next to it, too. And third saturday of every month, theres a cool streetfest. Whats not to like?​ read more
