John was absolutely great to work with! He is very responsive, accommodating, and lets you take your time making a decision after he's offered his expert opinion. When we started planning our event, we were only going to get the tent, and maybe the sides, but the weather forecast wasn't looking promising. John's suggestion of a heater that comes with a thermostat was perfect and honestly a lifesaver. Not to mention that we only added the heater on merely a week before the wedding day, and everything still went off without a glitch. The setup was completed well in advance of the event. The tent was sturdy, the heater setup was excellent, and everything looked great. They delivered the tents and chairs as promised, but what they neglected to point out was that the white tents were more brown than white from the disgusting amount of black and mud stains from previous engagements. This wasn't just dirt. It was years of filth that had never been cleaned. If we had known about this at the time of delivery we would have sought out another vendor. If you are considering using Christian Party Rental - rethink it, and look for another vendor and avoid being disappointed.

They basically only rent to people that live in Worcester or extremely close by. You will need to provide proof of where you live in order to rent from them. They charge a percentage when you first place your order and then require the rest of the payment 2-3 prior to your event. They offer delivery. We live on the other side of Worcester and they charged $50 for delivery/pick up total - really not bad! They are not open on Saturday or Sunday so if your event is on one of those days you will either have to pickup or get delivery on Friday and then return them on Monday... they do not charge you any more for having them the whole weekend. The tables and chairs we rented were in really good condition.

I…read morehad to move the time up half an hour after I had booked the party, I called five days before to request the time change and Matt was able to accommodate my request graciously. I was also concerned as on the Monday before the party (Friday afternoon party), the forecast was calling for rain. Matt said they could do laser tag in the rain, but not thunder/lightening and he gave me the option of switching to the video game truck. He also allowed me until the day before the party to make the decision about which way to go as the truck was available. It ended up being a beautiful sunny day and the kids had a ball. The person who set up the laser tag and ran the games for the boys was super nice and good with the kids. They didn't bring inflatable blinds (which would have taken forever to blow up anyway) but had a bunch of pop-up tent type blinds and some folding tables that the kids could hide behind. Really quite cool.
