It did need most of the fluids changed and the AC charged. It is 25 years old and I expected to have to do some work on it, but the body and inside is in beautiful condition. I just needed go align it, get some new wheels, a new battery, and that's it. Hasn't given me any more problems. I bought it 7 months ago. There's a slight funky smell that comes from the AC that I gotta get checked out and get some new brake pads. But overall the car is good. I guess it's a hit or miss with these guys.

I was told multiple things during the car-buying process that I later found out were not true, and the overall professionalism and customer service have been unacceptable. One of the most disturbing things that happened was the sales manager publicly posted my credit score on Facebook. I found that completely inappropriate and extremely unprofessional. Within the first week of getting the vehicle, I started having multiple problems with it. I had to return the car to the dealership for several days so they could supposedly fix the issues. Unfortunately, the problems were not properly fixed, and I continued having issues with the vehicle. After only about two months of owning the car, it completely shut off on me and would not start. I contacted Desert Auto Sales because I expected them to at least try to help with a serious issue like this. Instead, I was met with an unwillingness to help and extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional treatment. I am writing this review because I want other people to be aware of my experience before doing business here. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and customers deserve honesty, professionalism, respect, and a vehicle that is properly addressed when serious problems arise. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Desert Auto Sales and will not be doing business with them again.
