Wish I thought to do a review when I got my car a year ago to save people from going to this dealership. It's obvious from other reviews they sell trash cars that are unsafe to drive. Bought an Infinity SUV and within a month had to get new brakes and there is an ongoing leak from the transmission that will not go away. Car was a 2017 and had only 40 miles but unsafe to drive. They supposedly do an inspection on the cars, not true. Got quick responses during the purchase process but as soon as i reached out about issues, no response. Finally got rid of the car, they would only buy it for parts. Buyer beware! Keep driving! Will be reporting to BBB and anywhere else I can find. read more

I genuinely cannot overstate how disturbing the comfort level is with which this dealership lies to customers. When I test drove my 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC 63 S, I immediately pointed out that the brakes felt terrible and would likely need to be replaced if I bought the vehicle. At first they acted like it was no problem, but once the paperwork came around, suddenly the brakes were no longer included. The manager, Vince, assured me the brakes had "just been done" and that the squeaking was normal because they were new. That turned out to be completely false. I've owned multiple performance vehicles and realized within 24 hours that something was seriously wrong. What they actually did was throw cheap brake pads onto worn-out rotors just to get the car off the lot. Within 72 hours of ownership, I had to spend over $5,500 replacing brakes and rotors all the way around. What makes this even worse is that they also removed the warranty from the final paperwork after we had already discussed it extensively. I was very clear that because this is a high-performance AMG vehicle, I was absolutely not comfortable purchasing it without a warranty. When I pointed out that the warranty had been left off the paperwork, my salesman Nick went back to speak with Vince again and suddenly came back saying they "could" add a warranty after all, but it would increase my payment by another $200 per month on top of the deal we had already worked out. So not only did they mislead me about the brakes, they also tried to quietly remove the warranty entirely until I caught it myself. Another huge issue was the windshield. The car had a cracked windshield when I bought it. They promised they would "take care of it," but instead of properly replacing the windshield, they sent me to some guy down the street who simply filled the crack. The massive chip is still clearly visible. Their excuse? Replacing the windshield was "too expensive." That seems to be the theme with this dealership: cut corners, lie to customers, and do the absolute cheapest possible repair while pretending everything is fine. Now, only about five weeks into ownership, I'm literally stranded on the side of the road because the transmission is overheating and failing. The car has not been abused or driven hard. This is a high-performance AMG vehicle, and transmission issues like this are catastrophic and extremely expensive. Between the brakes, oil leak, windshield, warranty games, and now transmission failure, this has been the worst vehicle purchasing experiences I've ever had. And I've been fortunate in my life to have purchased over cars, all performance vehicles. Dealerships like this are exactly why companies like CarMax have become so popular. People are tired of being lied to and manipulated by used car dealers who only care about getting the paperwork signed. They are type of scum who tiny commission over integrity. Thank God, I used my own lender and got a warranty through them, but it doesn't help the fact that I'm stranded on the side of the road, and that I should literally not have to be dealing with this within five weeks of purchasing a vehicle. Never, ever buy a car from these people, I promise you will regret it if you do. read more

I had a mixed but ultimately decent experience with Globul Cars. There were definitely some red flags -- like the OfferUp ad not fully explaining the loan terms, interest , etc the price for my Prius was originally 6-7000 then all of a sudden I'm paying 11,000 including interest rates. The salesperson didn't break everything down clearly especially the 2,000 down payment and what my trade car value was going towards I was confused about the whole process , But art least Vince cleared it up The car also had some issues right away (bad tire tread, a weak battery, and an energy cell problem), but I will say this: they took care of it. They didn't make me pay the $2,000 down payment that was originally part of the deal because the salesperson failed to explain it and they covered the repairs without hassle. The service contract they set me up with actually seems solid too ( I Think) They also righted their wrong by giving me a very good deal at 7K loan term and only paying 325$ a month which is affordable and a big kudos to them for that. What really stood out though -- they stayed in communication the whole time. I never had to chase anyone down, and they even responded to me on their day off. That's rare with used car dealers. So props to them for always answering my calls / texts So yeah, they could improve transparency upfront, but in my case, they did follow through and stayed accountable, which I respect. What I don't respect is almost being lured into bullshit interest rates without anything being shown to me and shit bring signed in my name without my knowledge , so before u get a car from here read everything in detail and ask for all contracts and agreements to be shown upfront or ur gonna get swiped and inspection is KEY cus I didn't do it myself and learned hard way , they're not terrible people but they are still lightweight shady in my book if your dumbfounded to the process of contracts and what not read more

I was greeted immediately by the very attentive Steven who made certain I got to see everything that interested me. We went for a test drive in a Tesla, which required shuffling numerous vehicles around so that the car I wanted to drive could make its way to the front. Nobody batted an eye. The team came out and moved the cars very willingly, one after the other until my ride was accessible, and off we went. We signed paperwork immediately afterward. Ok, so I bought a 2016 Jetta. Nice little car. The payment was good. However, it's the crap they try pulling while you are sitting and waiting for your paperwork. Oh, the key replacement, and the gap insurance, which they say is the cheapest. First, the key replacement, they want to put that into the loan, so I didn't get it, I think it was like $400, Not worth it, especially since they gave me 2 keys. Also, gap insurance is always cheaper through your auto insurance. Progressive is 6 bucks. USAA is only 4 dollars. They wanted $13, Everything they try and sell you to put in your loan is BS, it's not cheaper, none of it. Also, if you can get the car inspected please do that. The rotors on the car I bought were below danger where I might have had a few more weeks. I'm not saying this is a shady car dealer, but definitely not on the up and up. So buyer beware. The lady that sold me the car was good, I forget her name, she was a white lady big boobs and very bubbly. I blame the dealer not her. read more
