It did need most of the fluids changed and the AC charged. It is 25 years old and I expected to have to do some work on it, but the body and inside is in beautiful condition. A 2020 Hyundai Palisades ( call my wife which she absolutely loves more than anything in the world including myself lol) and then my absolute dream vehicle, 2023 Cadillac XT 5 sport. This vehicle had to be brought in from Austin Texas. It arrived a week sooner than they predicted so that was wonderful. Our sales person for both deals was Matt Traylor and his young apprentice, Cole. They were simply wonderful. Cannot speak highly enough of the two of them. It was wonderful dealing with them and they really seem to care about our vehicles and us. I had never purchased vehicles in that manner before where it's very much like a cafeteria / you go in and you get what you want and you get out. I very much enjoyed the no "haggling bullshit". The price is the price. You either like it or you don't. But these two made it very enjoyable and we got the absolute vehicles we love. While the price may be just a smidge higher than you could probably find on Facebook marketplace - you likely aren't going to get stabbed in the kidney or held up at gun point buying from CarMax. These guys offer a 30 day full warranty and even a 10 day no question asked for refund. Also the vehicles were absolutely immaculate, had a full tank of gas and had 120 point inspection. I kept googling horror stories lol. When I went to pick it up I was genuinely nervous. Walked around the whole car, looked at it in the sun, took like 50 photos and I could not find the repair. Like at all. The color is perfect, the finish is perfect, everything matches. I actually texted my friend immediately like "I can't believe this." After 3 times attempting to contact this location, and receiving no callback I wrote a 1 star review and drove over to speak with someone personally. This is where I met my new service advisor Jonathan. He immediately heard me out, understood my frustrations and jumped to providing me some base line pricing. He went further to see if he could get me scheduled with an appointment to complete the check up and oil change. I went home and deleted my review, as I now knew I was set up with a new advisor and in good hands. I dropped my truck off the following day at 7:30am and Jonathan was there to greet me. He made sure to share a phone number with me right away that also left the window open for text messages. He contacted me around noon to let me know my truck was overall in good health but that I was going to need new front and rear breaks. He let me know that with the weight of my vehicle I should get them fixed before I head out for my road trip. We made a plan to do other recommended services in increments. We moved forward with the repairs. He contacted me within just a few hours to let me know my truck was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, Reya greeted me at the cashier department and was warm and inviting. She was able to get me processed and out the door quickly.
