It did need most of the fluids changed and the AC charged. It is 25 years old and I expected to have to do some work on it, but the body and inside is in beautiful condition. My main complaint is with how slow they were. The customer service people were nice, but just so slow. There was only one other customer in the place. We waited almost 15 minutes standing in line before someone asked if we had been helped. Uh, no...that's why we're standing here. Then after 15-20 minutes of processing to get a Hyundai (geez, I can get a Ferrari faster than that), we were told to sit to wait for them to "clean" our car and that they would come get us when it was ready. So we sat. And we waited. After about 15 minutes the car finally gets pulled into the front. I notice that, and the fact that the guy who brought it up is just standing there waiting. He stands out there for almost 10 minutes after driving it up before coming in and telling us "OK, your car is ready". So we finally get into the car. It's almost 45-60 minutes now since we arrived there. And the car smells like someone had a cigar smoking convention inside of it. Anyway, next time I'm paying slightly extra for Enterprise or maybe even Hertz. I guess there's a reason this specific Budget location cost so much less than the others in Las Vegas.

He accepted and went down, fell in love and purchased. The no haggle made it easy. We already had financing in place from USAA, so he was in and out in a little under 3 hours. If you know what you want & you're willing to pay the prices it's an easy spot to buy a car. You do not keep the bow, tho.

So it ended up being free after all. The agent was also very helpful in explaining what would be done on the car and how long it would take. I decided to wait at the dealership, which had a well-kept waiting area with comfortable chairs and sofas, a big-screen TV, and coffee available. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and made a few phone calls while I waited. Less than an hour later, my car was ready, and I was on my way. Before I left, the agent explained the work that had been completed and reassured me that my car was in good shape.

I needed a tire for my car and they were the only dealership that had it so I had to come here to get service. I made an appointment and called them and they had the tire in stock and was put on hold for my appointment. I had to tow my car here and pay for the tow and take the day off work. I get there only to find out that after I had my car towed there they sold the tire that they had on hold for me and told me that I can come back the next day when I already have to go to work the next day when I took today off. So long story short they had to go find a tire cause I wasn't gonna put up with that and I got there at 9:30 AM and it is 5 PM and still waiting for my car because they had to do a recall on it and they decided to wait five hours to do the recall on an appointment I had in the morning. What an unprofessional disaster this place is. I will walk in the Vegas heat before I ever do business with this dealership again. And I highly suggest everybody look for another dealership if you want to save yourself the pain in trouble of dealing with them. Never again!
