We had an opportunity to visit A Barrel O Monkeys for a child's birthday party. While a bit small for a "children's gym", they certain use their space efficiently. The primary large room has a series of options for children to play, explore, jump, roll, and climb. There is a small two story playhouse and slide smartly tucked into the back room. The rear kitchen offers two long tables for party pizza and cake celebrations. My son loved the two story play house in the back, the floor trampoline, and the large foam play pit! Constructive Criticism: This location has a single restroom for all occupants, and a small sink in the dining area. With a volume of guests, the paper towels were quickly depleted. Unfortunately this left parents and children absent paper towels and napkins for various party and hygiene needs. A Barrel O Monkeys is a fantastic local business for children's after school play and celebrations.

My son had his second birthday party here this past weekend and it turned out to be a success. We got the basic party package and it included up to 18 kids. The place does all the work and all we needed to provide was the food, drinks, and goodie bags. It was worth it since we didn't want to have to clean up after having a birthday party for a bunch of kids. When we arrived, the staff help put all of the items in the party room for us and we did the last minute preparation of putting everything where we wanted it. Once the guests arrived, they had free play for the first 30 minutes. It was perfect for the kids to get their energy out while the parents kept an eye on them. The staff coordinates activities according to the birthday kid's age, so the bubble fest and the zip line was ideal for my son turning two. All of his other friends loved it and some wanted to get on the zip line twice. The party room was open for everyone to have food and drinks afterwards and it concluded with the birthday cake. Thank you so much for giving an amazing birthday party for my son and to everyone else that was there to celebrate! We had a lot of fun and was worth the money to see all the smiles on the kids' faces that day. The staff was excellent and super patient with the kids. If you are looking for a place to have your child's birthday party, look no further and thank me later!

Went here for our granddaughter's 4th birthday party. It is an indoor gym for young kids. Small but the kids enjoyed it. There is a party room in the back.

We booked this place for my daughter's 2nd birthday on January 2nd. Although all the kids enjoyed themselves, $400 (without food) for a two hour party is not worth it. I was desperate because of the lack of indoor toddler-friendly play centers. They only give you 20 minutes to set up prior to the start time and then time starts ticking as the kids only get about 30-45 minutes to play. We felt rushed the entire time which was stressful and aren't birthday parties stressful enough? Anyway, they booked another event about 30 minutes out from our party so the employees were rushing to clean and get things in order for the next crew. The party room was a little cramped but efficient. I think this place would be ok if they allowed for 3 hours like most establishments. Also their equipment needs some major upgrading and the carpet should be completely replaced.

My 1st experience was walking in (not being greeted), seeing a man with a mouthful of a burger answering my question (since I wasn't even acknowledged). He was not friendly, didn't introduce himself despite finding out he was my son's coach. Didn't seem happy to be there at all (prior to and during my son's class). Looked miserable, didn't demonstrate anything to the kids. He also never introduced himself to my son when the class started. After telling someone who worked there, my experience- she didn't seem to care at all- did nothing. Very disappointed, I was hopeful this gym had so much potential.... It's all in the people who run them which will allow them to survive or not. I'd suggest anyone go to any other gym and have a far better experience.

Incredible Experience at NTS Gymnastics!…read more We couldn't be happier with our experience at NTS! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The coaches here are truly exceptional--each one brings their own unique strength, and together they create an environment that is positive, disciplined, and full of joy. Our daughter Samantha absolutely loves coming to practice. She has grown tremendously in confidence, strength, and technique since joining. A special shoutout to Coach Lidia--she is by far the sweetest and most dedicated coach we've ever met. Her warmth make a world of difference, and Samy lights up whenever she talks about her.Another highlight Samy looks forward to? The Zumba minutes with coach Lidia, bring so much energy and fun to the gym--we definitely need more of this kind of joyful movement built into practice! Coach Gianmarco always brings enthusiasm to the floor, making every session engaging and exciting. His dedication and positivity are truly inspiring. Coach Jin impresses us with his sharp focus--he has his eyes on every athlete, constantly giving corrections and encouraging each gymnast to reach their full potential. Coach Didier--his calm yet motivating approach brings balance and confidence to the athletes. He knows exactly how to challenge the kids in a supportive way, and his technical expertise truly shows in how much the gymnasts improve under his guidance. And we can't forget Coach Martina--she brings a fire and passion that's contagious. You can tell she pours her heart into coaching and truly wants the girls to shine. The facility itself is always clean, well-equipped, and run with care and professionalism. Communication is clear, and it's obvious that every coach here genuinely cares about each child's development--not just as athletes, but as individuals. We are beyond grateful to be part of the NTS family. It's not just a gym--it's a place where confidence, discipline, and dreams are built. Highly, highly recommend!

I do wish they would mix up the class times once in a while because I've been going for about two years and schedule hasn't changed much so I end up doing the same classes each week. The instructor Jennifer is great. I love that she does different things each week so I don't get bored with it. The place is clean, large, good staff, nice pool. I like the E gym so you don't have to adjust weights as it remembers when you scan your bracelet. They have a lot of community/family based events.

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed After 6 Years as YMCA Members…read more Unfortunately, after what happened today, we decided to cancel our YMCA membership and our children's swimming lessons. We have been YMCA members for six years. We have used this facility regularly, our children have taken swimming lessons here, and we have invested a lot of time and money into this membership. That is why today's experience was especially disappointing. I have already left a negative review about this YMCA, but today's situation honestly went beyond what I consider acceptable. This morning, I came to the YMCA for my workout. Around 11:00 AM, as I was leaving, I noticed an older woman in a white car trying to park next to my vehicle. There was no actual parking space available, and she was trying to squeeze into the area between the designated parking spaces. I didn't pay much attention at the time because I was in a hurry to pick up my daughter from daycare. After picking up my children, I returned to my car and discovered significant scratches on the plastic part of my vehicle. The damage was large enough that the paint had been completely scraped off. I immediately went back to the YMCA, hoping they could check their security cameras and possibly help identify the person responsible. Instead, I was told that they could not review the cameras themselves and that I needed to call the police. I was told that they would review the footage only if the police requested it. We called the police. An officer came and documented the incident. However, he did not even go inside the YMCA to review or request the camera footage. He simply explained that cameras of this type are often not clear enough to identify a license plate or a person's face. What I found especially frustrating is that there seemed to be no attempt to look for another way to identify the person. Even if the video quality was not good enough to clearly see the license plate or face, I suggested checking the approximate time of the incident and comparing it with the YMCA's membership check-in records. Members scan their membership when entering the facility. I had seen exactly where the woman went after parking, so it seemed reasonable to at least check whether someone matching the description entered the building around that time. Instead, I felt completely left on my own. I understand that the YMCA cannot be responsible for every incident that happens in its parking lot. I am not expecting the YMCA to pay for my car or to magically identify the driver. But after six years as a member, I expected basic cooperation, communication, and a genuine effort to help when something like this happened on YMCA property. The damage to my car was upsetting, but the lack of assistance and the way the situation was handled was even more disappointing. After six years, this was the final straw for us. We canceled our membership today and also canceled our children's swimming lessons. Very disappointed that after being loyal members for six years, this is how our relationship with the YMCA ends.
