My sister booked my nephews 6th and 8th birthday party! She was allowed to bring her own food, drinks, snacks and decoration without restrictions. The party host will help you set up your party decorations like table cloth, plates and napkins and even helped us build the goodie bags for each kid. The kids has two hours of dedicated jump and obstacle time and 30 minutes prior to the two hour mark they will call all the kids and assist with cutting the cake and clean up for the next party while the kids continue to jump at the park. They also provide Ninja Kids tables, plates and utensils as well as grip socks for all kids in the party that register and sign the waivers. Truly an amazing experience for kids of all ages! Very disappointed with the new manager, Jean, at Adrenalin Ninja Park in Lake Worth. My kids have been coming here since 2023 without a single issue, but Jean handled a situation with my son in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. Instead of giving a warning or speaking to the parents, he immediately terminated my son's membership and yelled at him. What was even worse, Jean kept changing his story when speaking to me, first claiming he spoke to my son 4 times, then 3, then 2. In reality, no proper warning was ever given. His behavior toward both my child and me was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I canceled our other memberships as well. read more

I brought my daughter back years after that experience described below b/c a manager called me to talk to me about my one star review out of the blue. He apologized and offered us to come for free and give it another try so we did! My daughter ais 13 now and she had a blast with her friend. Staff was great, bathrooms were clean, there were three camps there but they were all supervised and and the staff was spread out around the jumping area keeping an eye on things. We are so glad we gave Adrenaline another chance. I was happy to see my teen daughter and her friend having a blast instead on their phones. Plenty of space for parents to be supervising their own kids, so if everyone does their part, it's a great place to burn off that energy! For such a young staff, everyone is professional and helpful. The park is great for the kids. However, it can get extremely crowded at times! My biggest irritation is the fact that I bought a one-year membership for both of my kids. When you go into the park, there's a "membership line". Apparently the line means absolutely nothing because you have to stand behind tons of people that don't know what the parks about or how to buy a membership or just a day pass. I blame the employees for not directing them over to the regular line. They also do not make it very clear for people entering which line they should be in. With two kids on the spectrum, it's very difficult to wait in line behind multiple people who take at least 10 minutes each, figuring out what they need and how to get it. This place is a lot of fun for my 2 year old and 4 year old! It's all on one level so it's relatively easy to run after them - you will have to go through the trampolines to do that. I went mid-week and on a weekend - the weekend was busy but still manageable! You take your shoes off - make sure to bring socks that have the no-slip stickers on the bottom! Bouncing / trampolines Looking for a place to take the kids and wear their little energy-addled butts out? This is the place my friends. Adrenaline is pretty much one giant, warehouse-sized, playground full of bouncing floors / trampolines / foam pits and other things that force your little balls of energy to use those muscles. The place is large - VERY large, and there are usually like 10 birthday parties going on at any given time during the weekends. The kids typically find their niche and if you are lucky - they will wear themselves out to the point they crash in the car when they leave. The cost is a bit on the high side, but the end results (see paragraph above) are worth every penny. There is a snack bar available and the place is beyond loud with all of those screaming monsters running around, so be prepared for that. Cleanliness can be hit or miss- with that many kids running / screaming / sneezing and all that - it is akin to a giant petri dish, so toss your kids into a drum of alcohol (or at least a bath) when you get home. EXPERIENCE: This is the second time I took my three kids to Adrenaline. It has been a totally positive outcome each time. They get so happy once I tell them we are going to ADRENALINE! they are aged 7,9, and 11... and although they have many differences and preferences at home... they are all on the same page when it comes to ADRENALINE! This is a great place for them to tire themselves out while you sit on comfortable couches browsing your phone, snacking, and/or enjoying the experience. PRICE: The price for a Friday night on an October night is $55 total for three kids. We brought our own GRIP socks and our own water, however, they provide both socks, snacks, and water if you're willing to pay. There is convenience free parking. The kids naturally make friends and entertain themselves. There are specials on certain days and hours. Overall... Beware of the high risk of injury! Unlike most trampoline parks where the pit is 60" / 5' deep! This pit is only 1 1/2 feet deep. My son broke both of his feet when he came down on the hard surface under a single layer of foam. Not to mention that right next to the trampoline is an apparatus called "The High Dive" which shares the same 1 1/2' deep pit!. I am terrified that someone's child will attempt to "dive" headfirst and break their neck. When we entered Adrenaline, we were not presented with the option to fill out a liability waiver, we just paid and my kids started jumping. After the accident, I filled out an accident report before heading to the hospital. I figured we would be contacted by Adrenaline's insurance. Not only were we contacted, when I went back to ask for their insurance, I was only given the owner's email. We emailed the owner, and have still yet to hear from him. This is going on 3 weeks now. Today, when I called back, Adrenaline told me the only way to get in touch with the owner is by email. It is obvious that the owner is avoiding the situation. This place is very un-professional. I would be very wary of sending my child to such an establishment with such a high liability risk. This place is a lot of FUN! We went on a no school day (fail!) and there was a line almost out the door when we got there. Luckily, the staff kept the line moving pretty quickly. It has a lot of trampolines and other activities to do during the time that you are there. We got the three hour rate during the week special and it's better to go when there's school in session. Unfortunately, there's a lot of kids that want to go and get their jump on and they have other specials during the week you can take advantage of. Since it was my first time going there, I ended up paying for myself and my son to use the equipment as well. The parents can opt out of paying and just do it for the kids, which gives the adults a break while the kids go crazy..lol! It's huge and worth the cost. You can jump all over the place and participate in dodgeball, rock climbing, trapeze bar, basketball, video games, billards, and air hockey if you want to take a break from jumping. We weren't able to stay the full time that we paid for, but we definitely will next time since we have seen what it's like. They have party packages and snacks as well as refreshments to purchase if you're interested in having a celebration there. Everyone is entitled to sign a waiver, purchase and wear grip socks if you are using the equipment, and there is staff all over the place for everyone's safety. The ceiling is leaking and equipment is deteriorating. Brought 6 kids to participate in their "summer rush", which they charge $20 for 3hrs of jumping and includes a bottle of water. After 2.5hrs of jumping the kids go wait in a long line only to be told they're out of pizza. So when I go to inquire, I'm told we have to wait an additional 1/2hr since they ran out of pizza. I make them aware that our time will be up, to which I'm told "the pizza will be here before your time is up". Definitely will NOT be returning! Sad since it WAS a good place for kids to burn energy! read more

My daughter absolutely loves this place! Not only does it have jumping, but trapeze and other activities. You should fill out the waiver online before you get there to save time. Also, if you have non slip grid socks you can bring any kind and you will not have to be their socks (they are a couple of dollars). Especially on Friday nights, if you are 12 and under it is $20 for 3 hours. So from 6:30-9:30 pm, my daughter and her friends had a great time. Food is reasonable as well. Kids have fun of.Course but we're civilized so that can't be the bar. This place is filthy and they clearly cut back on the staff. The few staff( that's being generous calling them that) are more concerned with playing than safety. I watched kids dig a huge whole in the foam pit and collect loose change and assorted pieces of jewelry from the bottom, so if you're into collecting you could give it a try. I'm sure I'll end up here many many more times in the next few years until my children outgrow it and decide to hang at the mall instead. Our first time here, and I can honestly say it was so much fun. We witnessed a small child hurt his ankle, and the staff on the floor immediately ran to check in him, and aid him. I was so impressed to see how quickly they acted. They gave him ice packs while his parents comforted him. As a parent, I was very proud to see that. I definitely recommend this spot. This place was so much fun! We went for a birthday party and had a blast. I was impressed on all the trampolines being intact with no damage (unlike other trampoline parks I have been to.) I would've given 5 stars but it seems be be lacking things to do, it mainly just has trampolines. I didn't see anything else. There was something covered up at the front entrance like construction so maybe they are adding stuff. Also I think it's time for some new foam cubes, they were mostly destroyed and the pits seemed to be running low on them. (Mainly the pits in the back corner) When I jumped in I hit the bottom right away. Another thing was that unfortunately there was NO food. Only little snacks. So happy this place open up here in Palm Beach! Awesome place to bring kids instead of driving them down south every weekend. The only downside I would say about this place is they should have more ppl watching the jumpers. There is a trampoline that is made for ppl to run n do flips but so many times when my daughter is trying to do it she watches out for people to make sure they're not close by but then as she starts to run n start the flip a jumper literally jumps out of no where and jumps in front of her and many times she would catch herself and stop but has flip and bump into someone else and it's just so dangerous. Wish someone would stand there to make sure ppl don't run across that while there's other jumpers. Also one last thing they need more help up front signing ppl in to make process quicker. This is such a cool place for kids to enjoy, with plenty of activities to do. I think it's great that people can bring their own food and drinks, making it not as costly of an experience. I have taken my son on multiple occasions, mostly during the week and it hasn't been as busy. If anyone has younger kids, it's best to not take them during peak hours on the weekends, due to the amount of kids that are there. My first visit was horrible! I will never go back to Adrenaline again. I was very disappointed with the service I received. When I entered through the doors I went to the computer and signed my waiver, then went to the cashier to pay for my kids arm bands and socks. After paying for the arm bands I was waiting for the cashier to give me our socks, a customer walked up and started talking to the cashier. The cashier stopped assisting me to help the customer who was just inquiring about pricing etc. I respectfully interrupted their conversation to remind her I'm still waiting for my socks. We only had one hour of jump time and our time started after I paid. When my kids finally got the to chance to jump, a staff member came up to me several times telling me what my kids couldn't do. ( My kids did nothing wrong, they were jumping around just like every other kid that was in the building) She then asked me twice how old is my daughter. After I replied, she asked another staff member to question me again. The second staff member asked is my daughter jumping with any siblings. (I couldn't believe he asked such doltish question) Why? would you ask me a question like that, when we're the only BROWN family in the building. My other two kids was jumping right next to her and my husband and I, was sitting in front of them. I replied, she's under 12 and jumping with her family. She's not going to other side to jump alone. And, How dare the staff suggest such a thing! My daughter was in the kids section where she belongs. At 10:00pm they screamed out all the pink bands times up. I had to go to the cashier to let her know, I paid for a full 60 minutes. My receipts says 9:06pm I want my full hour. ( We started after 9:06pm because we waited for socks) my kids went back to play and none of the staff seemed happy about that. Some of them made it perfectly clear that had an attitude. And, to top things off, while my kids and other customers was jumping, their staff was spraying and cleaning the trampolines. I found that to be unacceptable. I would think that, protocol is to wait to all customers are out of the building before cleaning the trampolines, especially if the the customers are still jumping. At 10:08pm my kids went to the snack bar to get drinks. We started putting on our shoes around 10:15pm, another staff member came up to me and asked are you guys leaving. I said, yes why? He said, I'm not trying to be mean but we're closing and we need you all to leave. Meanwhile, my son and daughter is still putting on their shoes and there's another large family sitting at the eating lounge putting on their shoes too. I expressed to him your closing time says 11:00pm. And, I'm sure you see my kids putting on their shoes. Which is a huge indication that we are preparing to leave. He then said, "usually after your jump time is over we start asking customers to leave, since their time is up." Are you kidding me?? That was it for me! I will never spend my hard earned money at a place like this again. Inefficient, unprofessional and rude! Staff needs to be retrained. You should never spray any chemicals or sanitizers around customers. Never tell a customer to leave 45 mins before closing.
