I brought my daughter back years after that experience described below b/c a manager called me to talk to me about my one star review out of the blue. He apologized and offered us to come for free and give it another try so we did! My daughter ais 13 now and she had a blast with her friend. Staff was great, bathrooms were clean, there were three camps there but they were all supervised and and the staff was spread out around the jumping area keeping an eye on things. We are so glad we gave Adrenaline another chance. I was happy to see my teen daughter and her friend having a blast instead on their phones. Thanks so much to the new management that reached out (I think his name was Porter). Thanks again! Customer service goes a long way! Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy! Follow me on Yelp (Elizabeth S.) OLD REVIEW: No control.over crowded. No one explained rules or guidelines upon entry. Staff was not regulating designated areas. Bullship!:/ Glad you responded owner. My child was invited to a birthday party there. Out of the 12 children in our party three were injured. No staff mentioned a video loop worth rules. At all. Staff was present yes, but was not regulating anything. My child had an injury ten min in because an adult came teaming by her throwing her off balance. Again, this place is not worth the risk. The waiver says it all. Enter at your own risk. Lawyers write these waivers based on what has happened in the past and based on what they know is possible.

Updates to the spaces here. Cafe area looks completed.

As this place continues to be constructed, there are new play areas and challenges. The birthday parties are squeezed into one corner now. The attendants are super nice and seem efficient. Lots of monitors walking around, but they're not all paying attention to kids (more than a couple look to just be chatting to each other). Plenty of space for parents to be supervising their own kids, so if everyone does their part, it's a great place to burn off that energy! For such a young staff, everyone is professional and helpful. Would recommend more signage to the restrooms and water fountains.

This place was fun, a little pricey, but I would say worth it! Given that, everyone can have fun! Even if you decide to sit out, they have nice couches placed all over for the parents who just want their children to tire themselves out LOL! Anyway, it was packed, yet still so spacious! Mila & I had a blast! It was nice to know people were doing their jobs & told me where I could jump or not, given it was my first time there! I didn't know, but it makes me feel good that if I were to sit on the sidelines. Someone is watching to make sure that people jump where they are supposed to & act accordingly! Would come again, just not too often! :-) TIP: They do sell food & drinks, can do parties, and they have lockers as well! Tip 2: They sell grippy socks!

EXPERIENCE: This is the second time I took my three kids to Adrenaline. It has been a totally positive outcome each time. They get so happy once I tell them we are going to ADRENALINE! they are aged 7,9, and 11... and although they have many differences and preferences at home... they are all on the same page when it comes to ADRENALINE! This is a great place for them to tire themselves out while you sit on comfortable couches browsing your phone, snacking, and/or enjoying the experience. PRICE: The price for a Friday night on an October night is $55 total for three kids. We brought our own GRIP socks and our own water, however, they provide both socks, snacks, and water if you're willing to pay. There is convenience free parking. The kids naturally make friends and entertain themselves. There are specials on certain days and hours. Overall... I totally recommend Adrenaline if you love your kids and want them to have a good nights sleep!

Beware of the high risk of injury! Unlike most trampoline parks where the pit is 60" / 5' deep! This pit is only 1 1/2 feet deep. My son broke both of his feet when he came down on the hard surface under a single layer of foam. Not to mention that right next to the trampoline is an apparatus called "The High Dive" which shares the same 1 1/2' deep pit!. I am terrified that someone's child will attempt to "dive" headfirst and break their neck. When we entered Adrenaline, we were not presented with the option to fill out a liability waiver, we just paid and my kids started jumping. After the accident, I filled out an accident report before heading to the hospital. I figured we would be contacted by Adrenaline's insurance. Not only were we contacted, when I went back to ask for their insurance, I was only given the owner's email. We emailed the owner, and have still yet to hear from him. This is going on 3 weeks now. Today, when I called back, Adrenaline told me the only way to get in touch with the owner is by email. It is obvious that the owner is avoiding the situation. This place is very un-professional. I would be very wary of sending my child to such an establishment with such a high liability risk. I have included photos showing: - how shallow the pit is - the "high dive" apparatus next to the trampoline - how deep a pit should be - plus images of my son's injury

This place is a lot of FUN! We went on a no school day (fail!) and there was a line almost out the door when we got there. Luckily, the staff kept the line moving pretty quickly. It has a lot of trampolines and other activities to do during the time that you are there. We got the three hour rate during the week special and it's better to go when there's school in session. Unfortunately, there's a lot of kids that want to go and get their jump on and they have other specials during the week you can take advantage of. Since it was my first time going there, I ended up paying for myself and my son to use the equipment as well. The parents can opt out of paying and just do it for the kids, which gives the adults a break while the kids go crazy..lol! It's huge and worth the cost. You can jump all over the place and participate in dodgeball, rock climbing, trapeze bar, basketball, video games, billards, and air hockey if you want to take a break from jumping. We weren't able to stay the full time that we paid for, but we definitely will next time since we have seen what it's like. They have party packages and snacks as well as refreshments to purchase if you're interested in having a celebration there. Everyone is entitled to sign a waiver, purchase and wear grip socks if you are using the equipment, and there is staff all over the place for everyone's safety. It's very clean and worth checking out if you're in the area to do so.

They provided the balloons. You can bring chalk for your table's chalkboard. Or improvise w streamers;)

Must. Sign. Waiver. Before they can let you purchase anything. Your name has to be in their system. Socks $2 There is an 11 and under dodge ball area; and a 12 and older dodge ball area. Trash can, ice packs, plasticware and napkin kiosks are in the party area. We brought all our own food and drinks, but could have gotten it all from the concessions. Its super loud in there, like the kids kind of yell to be heard. I brought a portable speaker and was dancing to my own music while I decorated our table. Perfect for our surprise birthday party. Kyriel was like, "We're just going to run into Publix quick" and when Charlie walked in he said "Oh what?! -- I love Publix;)"

Their staff is immature. They are understaffed and they do not enforce good safety protocols to protect patrons.

When we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon, the place was full of kids and lots of energy was burned off with plenty of things to do. You can literally spend the whole day there, but I found that two hours was just enough to get the kids worn out. There are obstacle courses, foam pits, zip lining, swings, trampolines, basketball, slides, beams, dodgeball area, and a bunch of other things to do. It is suitable for all ages and I found that the deal was worth it. There is also a food court that offers pizza, concession items, and beverages with a sitting area upstairs. There was plenty of staff walking around and making sure that the participants were safely having fun. They made sure that people were not using the areas that needed staff supervision if there wasn't anybody there to monitor the area. What a fun time!

Defy takes action park to the next level by offering several different attractions within their realm of trampolines. They have a ninja warrior course which is challenging yet safe because of the foam pits to break your fall. They have a dodge ball arena complete with trampoline sides so you can run up the walls. There are several areas where you can get some extra bounce and do trick into a foam pit. They have swings, a trapeze, ropes to walk across, gymnastics areas, basketball, battling, zip lining, and so much more. You will be entertained here for hours! In addition to all of the attractions, they have a food court and an upstairs eating area. I didn't try any food, but it looked like decent snacks to hit the spot. I also really liked the loud, upbeat music playing. It created a lively atmosphere and it felt like a party. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

I absolutely love this place!…read more I was looking for an indoor activity last minute for my son to partake in on a Saturday and came across this indoor playground. I honestly did not know what to expect but when I walked in the doors I felt immediately welcomed. I love that the front door stays locked for security purposes and the check-in system was super smooth. The price of play was $15 which was more than reasonable. My son immediately took his shoes off and began to explore. The owner offered me a cup of coffee (I immediately knew we were in the right place lol) and we engaged in delightful conversation. This is not your "typical" indoor playground which I love more than anything. Totally tech free! There are endless centers and sections of play areas for kids to get lost in imaginative and engaging play time, whether with friends or independently. There is a full size trampoline, toddler trampoline and slide for the kids to enjoy as well. With Florida's weather, it was indoor and air conditioned so, yes to that! The kids had an amazing time--30 of them in total. Several parents thanked me for the venue, saying they'd consider it for their own kids' parties. The facility was recently updated, with new games and a jumping area for the little ones, which I loved. The height restriction kept it safe, but I was surprised that access to the jumping area wasn't included in our birthday package, especially since they were out of some items. It costs an additional $8 per child, and I think an attendant should monitor the entrance to keep non-paying kids out if the company goes that route. I appreciated being able to book the "Ultimate FUN" package online with a $50 deposit. The package included 2 hours unlimited gameplay, pizza (for both kids + adults in attendance), collectible cup to hold their unlimited soft drinks, and a birthday show & a dedicated host. I brought my own cake and cupcakes. It was nice having the help of our dedicated host share the cake evenly between everyone. However, Chuck E. didn't appear until 30 minutes before the party ended, which was disappointing. The kids enjoyed the show. We also didn't receive any party hats (which was advertised in the birthday packaged but the kids didn't care for those anyway) and the goodie bags were unavailable due to a shortage, but the staff provided Dippin' Dots and cotton candy as substitutes, which was nice. I did bring my own goodies bags. My son also got to go in the ticket blaster which was fun for him. One frustrating moment was when I was told we could arrive an hour early to set up, but on the day of the party, we were only allowed in 15 minutes prior. With so many kids, that felt inconsiderate. Despite these hiccups, the kids had a blast, and I'm grateful for the memories we created. Highly recommended for kids birthday parties.
