This work was done for a Memorial Service fir my dear friendof 25 years. I asked for eucalyptus and baby breaths on the black and white 11×17 picture and this is what I got which cost me $28 which was very disappointing. The color 18×25 portrait had two flower clusters which you can see through and cost over $80 per cluster. The work done in comparison to what was shown to me on the iPad was totally different. I was assured the work would be beautiful and it was mediocre. There was no effort by the owner to refund part of the bill after I told him that I was unhappy with the work. The total amount I spent for the work you see was just under $250.00 (easle and delivery charge included). It's obviously clear that the money I spent doesn't equal the work or labor displayed on both portraits. So disappointing. I won't be back read more

Pickup times aren't guaranteed as stated on the website, so I greatlt appreciate that they took my note into consideration. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the employees and their little furry friend! I had a wonderful experience ordering flowers. Tom made the whole process effortless and easy. I was having flowers delivered to International City Theatre's Corporate Offices. Tom was familiar with it and mentioned they'd delivered flowers there the week before. He knew right where it was and scheduled my delivery for "late afternoon" to ensure someone would be at the office to receive it. I wasn't sure what I wanted as far as flowers or an arrangement. The two ladies working in the store could not have been more helpful or sweeter. While this ornamental item seems to be more familiar in the east, it is not common in the southwest. They will try to locate a source. While I did not meet Josey, the owner of this black owned, welcoming and independent flower shop, on this visit, I wish her well. While there, I mentioned a small flower, often used as filler, that I thought so pretty. (An astute yelper identified it for me after google gave up on my limited descriptive abilities). Usually the bouquets I order don't look like ANYTHING remotely close to what they advertise. I really wanted to make sure it was special and not a dud on top of a difficult situation. I asked for their Moonglow bouquet and requested it to be as close as possible to picture. My favorite part about this shop is that they send you a photo of the actual bouquet!!
