Today I picked up another arrangement for a client, as well as a card and premade bouquet for myself, and really feel like I get a bigger and better bouquet at a better price from this shop versus other shops I've purchased from. Staff is also always super sweet, attentive, and go the extra mile for my orders. Very Disappointed…read more I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I sent the florist clear pictures of exactly what I wanted, expecting the arrangement to be similar in size and appearance. What was delivered was significantly smaller than what I requested, yet I was charged a substantial amount. The final product did not match the pictures or my expectations at all, especially considering the price I paid. I understand that flowers can vary, but there is a big difference between a reasonable variation and receiving an arrangement that is much smaller than what was specifically requested. For the amount charged, I expected much better communication, quality, and value. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
