Ms. Margaret was a responsive and friendly local florist with a flair for unconventional design and a true eye for color. I called to order a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my best friend and it exceeded my expectations! I didn't prescribe too much about what I wanted, just a general scheme and a budget and let her go wild with her imagination. As you can see in the photos, the result was stunning and my friend is very satisfied. Transaction was via Zelle or other digital payment, which is great for this millennial. I want to add for those that have no context for how much a florist might cost, the bare minimum for an arrangement is $50, and doesn't include delivery fee; however, do yourself a favor and up your budget because 1) quality flowers are expensive 2) you are paying for her 40 years of experience 3) prompt service 4) money that goes back to her and not FTD. Her prices are also very reasonable, and she will work with your budget. We had the misfortune of planning a Wedding during Covid, and had many struggles along the way. We had to cancel our original wedding date when almost my entire family got Covid, including my husband and I. Margaret was so understanding and put our minds at ease. I wanted to wait before I posted this so I don't do it while upset (wedding July 2018)Unfortunately, her works wasn't what she preached it was, my flowers were dried, my bouquets were like I she did it in a rush, I asked her for silver dollars for the main bouquet but she put something that looked like cilantro. So I called her and she rush to the venue and brought more flowers and fixed some things on site. I was very disappointed because it wasn't cheap I paid over $1000 for it and she couldn't even include a pin for my mom's corsage. The only attachment I liked was the sweetheart table one. Overall she gave me a bunch of excuses like her refrigerator system failed that she has been so busy etc. I truly wish I went with other actual companies like Mitsuko florists which gave a quote and actual pics of what my flowers would look like for approx $1450 including delivery and set up, Margaret did not deliver or set up. But I wanted to support local small business but it turned out a disaster the bases were not what she promised and the size of the table arrangement were ridiculous smaller that what she had promised, I asked her to put lots green leaves to them to make them look fuller she said she would but didn't do it.
