They own the food truck which features burgers, fish and chips, soft pretzel, BLT, and a beyond veggie burger. You order with the bartender and then go pick up your food at the truck when they buzz you. I got the Viking Dog which was a very tasty sausage topped with braised red cabbage. There was a tiny drizzle of lemon aioli and crispy sauerkraut (which tasted like crispy onions). It was served with steak fries and we asked for curry aioli on the side. Everything was so good. My dad really enjoys the beyond burger and I got to try the battered fish. Really good food coming out of that truck! They have two spaces where a band can play: inside or out.
