Just one part of the bar

Today I reached out to this local spot to see if they would have the fights on and allow cigars on the patio. They were soo prompt to respond, which I was pleasantly surprised. Mind you the reason I remembered this local place is during our recent Ice storm they kept heaters going and food for those who needed it and shelter. I wanted to go spend my money somewhere that definitely deserves it! When we got there they were so kind, the place is sooo clean and has everything! We were able to sit on the patio and watch the UFC fights, have food and drinks. We ended up staying for hours we liked it so much. The owner stopped by and was very kind and so friendly. ALSO their pretzel.. you have to get!! I'm a pretzel person and obviously a foodie; best one I've ever had!!!! With the beer cheese sauce with just a hint of spice! This place is so current with tons of screens everywhere, lots of games to play, all different sorts of seating, a full bar, the list goes on. I would highly recommend. Plus a huge thank you for giving back to the community when people needed it most! I will be back!! Tomorrow I do know they're hosting the Super Bowl!

This place has always been a favorite for the kids, they have game consoles with tons of games so everyone can play games and hang out. There's a big wrap around porch that's covered and it's one of the coolest areas in any bar in town. The staff is really friendly and the drinks are really good and well priced. Recently they changed up all the food and they have a big menu with all kinds of fire food. I tried the chopped cheese and it was insanely good, one of the best sandwiches I've had, period. Can't wait to try the rest!

Nachos! You can add smoked brisket or smoked chopped pork!

Such a fun place! Tons of stuff for kids to do with a full bar and tons of taps! Plus they have killer food now!!!

We have been here several times. We even bought a "sweet deals" gift card. There is no food really, but you can bring outside food. There are a whole lot of TVs but they are all on the same channel. Great in concept, horrible in reality, bc if you want to watch anything specific on one of these multitude of tvs spread around the perimeter of the space they seem to all be on the same channel... all the time. Nice... I sit at a table and the variety is null. Really really. All those TVs only mean you can watch one channel on all of them and not what you want on the one in front of you. lol

    Gaming fun!!

This is a great idea! Sports games on the tv. Gaming consoles and even oculus VR gaming system! The drinks are affordable and you could easily lose yourself for an afternoon with the kids :)

Went to big city to grab a pint with some friends. Surprisingly they had a bunch of new food on the menu. I love tacos so I decided to try the carnitas. They were super crispy (rare to find real carnitas) and the avocado crema was next level. I bought 2 more for the road!

At night, from a distance, it was a shocker to see that this place was open and here. DRINKS: 7/10 SERVICE: 10/10 AMBIANCE: 10/10 What we ordered: Lemon & Ginger Mule Key Lime Rum Cocktail DRINKS: 7/10 The Lemon & Ginger Mule was fascinating and part of their Shrub specialty menu, which is a sweet-and-tart drinking vinegar made from fruit, sugar, and vinegar, created to preserve fruit. Definitely an acquired taste, but I loved the creativity behind it. The Key Lime Rum Cocktail was bright, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, with a tropical twist that was smooth and flavorful without being overly sweet. SERVICE: 10/10 The bartender serving us was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated how they explained some of the more unique cocktails and helped me pick something adventurous. She was a vibe for sure and seemed to be vibing with the other customers as well. AMBIANCE: 10/10 Crow & Cart nails that "handcrafted neighborhood bar" feel. The space is full of character with warm wood tones, plants, and personal touches everywhere. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax. There is also outdoor seating. If you're in Eugene and want something beyond your average cocktail bar, you should give this place a try.

It is super moody and dark inside in the best way, and the atmosphere feels very hidden and intentional. We tried a bunch of the small plates and every single one was delicious. I loved my cocktail, and I believe I ordered the Bee's Knees. It was so good. Overall, this place is a great experience. I would totally come back the next time I am in Eugene.

The Skybar is located on the 5th floor of the building along with the Hotel lobby... uh okay. The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. We went to the SkyBar and found it to be a smallish yet convenient place to wait for guests or visitors along with getting a drink or a bite to eat. The bar looks like it can accommodate about 30 people in the interior. There is a nice outdoor patio that can easily accommodate more when the weather is nice. The barkeeper was very attentive and observant, he took our food and drink requests at the bar and in short order, everything was presented. I had a Moscow Mule that I found to be a refreshing drink. Ginger beer, lime and vodka. An excellent combination. I also had an order of the chicken wings and fries. The fries were a normal shoestring variety, cooked well, nicely salted and came in a metal bowl. The wings I found to be outstanding! I don't usually get wings this well made unless I do it myself. I received 8 wings coated with barbecue sauce on a charcuterie board with the fries. The wings were served nicely hot. The meat was piping hot, juicy and tender. The barbecue coating was a hearty middle of the road sauce, not sweet or too smoky. It was caramelized perfectly for that sticky texture and flavor. Definitely a nice coating. Thankfully the bartender brought us a lot of napkins. The wings and fries made for a satisfying meal. The bar boasts a couple of gas fireplaces that make for a warming environment with a few semi private tables. There is a longer table for a larger group as well as several smaller tables and a few bar stools for game watching. All in all we found the bar to be a cozy semi-private environment, yet available to the guests as they come and go. All around, a nice meeting area and watering hole. We will book our family members for a stay here at the hotel. I'm looking forward to trying more of their specialty drinks.

The profile looked pretty cool so we decided to go there for a drink. Once inside, it was pretty dark which is typical for a Tiki Bar. The decor was very good and there was a lot of it around. My fave was the mermaid skeleton above our seats. The drinks options were plentiful and they even had jello shots for a bargain price (we had a few of these for good measure!). I had The Monkey's Paw classic drink and another in our party had The Invisible Man drink. Each was lovingly prepared by the bartender who was super cool with the prep and conversations we had with him. I loved walking around and looking at all the decor on the walls and ceiling. There's a lot to see. There's even a door that leads to a courtyard with several food trucks ready to serve you. There is a stage near the entrance for bands and a small dance floor. I would love to return one evening to check out the atmosphere and do a little boogeying! Give this place a try. It's a well done Tiki Bar and one of the better ones I've been to.

I've lived here for around 5 years, and another 15 years up in Salem and this little restaurant is a gem in every respect. I've been to Rye at least 4 times since moving here. I had heard about it from friends and so my partner and I first tried it out and were highly impressed with the food, the servce and the ambiance. The menu is just a bit limited but between the specials and the menu offerings, there was plenty to choose from. Above all, what they do, they do very well. I and my partner ate at Rye three nights ago and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience in every way. AMBIENCE... The dining room is terrific. Lots of dark wood. The lighting of the room is especially conducive to privacy but not isolation. Inasmuch as it was raining to beat the band when we arrived, entering felt like a welcoming respite. The patrons' chatter was subdued but clearly they were having a great time. FOOD... We ordered cocktails (I enjoyed a Cocchi Rye whiskey cocktail which was delicious. The French onion soup I ordered was also very tasty and loaded with mozzarella atop the cup. I then dived into a "special" plate of a Chinook salmon fillet, finished perfectly and sitting on a bed or pureed squash. Excellent, I thought. Afterwards, we shared some sort of fruity pastry, sharing with two forks. SERVICE... From where I sat I could watch the bar activity, even the service window into the kitchen allowed me to watch all the activity. Our server was very efficient and cheerful and engaging without being overbearing in any way. AFTERTHOUGHTS: I will be coming back, of course. Rye is where you want to go to have a very good time eating out. You're not going to spend an arm and a leg to eat there but Rye is definitely not Denny's. I think this was my fourth trip there and all four times I felt thoroughly satisfied in every way.
