Stupidly expensive for mediocre drinks and service in their Living Room bar. $22 for a six ounce coffee with Jameson. $14 for a bottle of beer. And then a mandatory 20% tip towards a dimwit server who seemed clueless during our entire stay. Yes, it is Aspen, but this is outright robbery.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Jerome. The staff and beauty of the hotel are first rate! We loved our spacious room with a western/rustic aesthetic. We enjoyed the J Bar, Bad Harriet and massages. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

I've stayed at a lot of very nice hotels, which is not a flex. I say this to set the stage for my expectations. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the moment I checked out, I received nothing but 5 star service. At $750/night you expect nothing less. Manager Chris was exceptional and the woman at the front desk who checked me in (forgot her name - accent, brown hair) was very helpful and explained all the benefits of traveling as an American Express traveler and what that means at their hotel. And "by the way, we upgraded you to a suite." Such service. Every guy at the valet kiosk was a pro. "Why are you carrying that yourself? Let me grab that!" "Where are you off to tonight? You should go here." "Have a great day!" "Great to see you again!" It's the little things. Wearing masks, you can lose that personal connection with people and especially hospitality workers, not here. Stay here. Seriously. I'll be back in March.

Love the spot. Exceptional staff, great room, very dog friendly and the hotel food might be best in town.

Valerie at the Living Room Bar is the best bartender. Attentive and made our time at the bar a great one. Great service and great drinks!

Was here for the Christmas buffet dinner. Over priced. The best thing we're the deserts and the potatoes. Not worth the money.

I was so happy to see a GF bun was an option too. This burger was the most I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E, crave-able burger. It's everything you want in a burger. I'm considering getting a room at the Mollie with this burger. My husband got the Nashville chicken sandwich and really liked his as well. And there's the fries... these fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy goodness on the inside. I'm a slow eater and even when my fries got cold they were still crispy! Our drinks were great too. I had a great margarita drink (forgot name), and my husband got a Mollie toddy, also very good. The only thing I feel was missing was more variety on their lunch menu, it was mostly sandwiches and salads. And it's a pretty swanky place to just hang out so having more appetizer/bar snacks would be perfect with drinks by the fireplace.

It was the best place to rest our heads! The Mollie staff was amazing as was the beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and beautifully built. He was relocated to a different room today 5/1/26 (Friday) which is no problem, however he had left behind a couple items I gifted him. He leaves to work 6 am returns by 4ish pm. There is no receptionist on duty by the time he leaves to work to report he had left his items and when he returned from work there was no receptionist as well. 5/2/2026 (Saturday) 6am there is still no receptionist to report the missing items until that afternoon when he was off work he was able to speak to a condescending receptionist. They allow him to check to the room which by then has been cleaned by room service. There is nothing in lost and found of his. The receptionist starts creating scenarios and possible outcomes (maybe you left it at work, maybe you left it in the car, maybe you left it at a bar) and ultimately ends the conversation "well that's you". We have stayed in many hotels and when we have forgotten items they have always been returned and even mailed back to our home which we obviously pay the the shipping and handling. The staff likes to keep forgotten items and gas light you about it.

Upon checking we received a lovely gift bag with fresh baked cookies and water - so nice. Once in our room we found lovely robes (with matching slippers), a balcony, a lovely bathroom and well decorated and cozy bedroom. The staff definitely go above and beyond to be helpful, give recommendations and engage in friendly banter. This amazing spot is just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Aspen. It boasts daily complimentary breakfast (starts at 7:30 am & includes in house quiches - made daily), a koi pond, multiple hot tubs, ski lockers, computer center, and washer/dryer access.
