They assured me that wouldn't be a problem, so I booked the massage. The body massage itself was okay. The therapist was professional, although she used much more pressure than I expected, even after I requested a medium-pressure massage. I actually woke up with bruising on the backs of my shoulders that are painful to touch. While that wasn't ideal, it wasn't the reason I'm writing this review. What happened during the foot massage was. After the body massage, I was taken to the shared foot massage area. While my therapist was massaging my legs, one of the male employees walked over, stopped, and stared at my legs. He then pointed toward my legs and made a gesture with his hands indicating "big" while signaling to another female employee. Whether he spoke or not, the gesture was obvious enough that I immediately felt like my body was being mocked. As someone who already trusted this business with my privacy and specifically requested accommodations because I wear a hijab, this experience was incredibly humiliating. No customer should ever feel judged, stared at, or made to feel self-conscious about their body while they're in a place that's supposed to help them relax. Today, I called hoping to speak with a manager so I could address the situation privately before leaving a public review. I was told there was no manager available, and the employee hung up on me. When I called back, my calls were ignored and sent straight to voicemail, where I wasn't even able to leave a message. The lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability was extremely disappointing. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unheard. I won't be returning, and I hope the owners take customer concerns more seriously and ensure that every client is treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their size or appearance.
