I took my dog here for the first time I paid 27 dollars for nail trim and for her hair to be trim on her paws and for a bath and for her ears to be clean! She looks the same way I took her. It doesn't looks like they took her a bath they just spray colon on her and her ears are still oily too and her hair is still dirty her stomach still smell sour.she just been sad and sleeping all day I will never take my dog back there!!!! If you're looking for a place that specializes in grooming all types of dogs, this is not the spot. But if you just want something simple like a wash and nail trim, it might work. They make you pay before even seeing your dog, which was already a red flag. I told them ahead of time my dog was matted on the bottom, but the haircut still came out completely unprofessional--I honestly didn't even recognize him. My family thought I had done it myself. Besides always getting my dogs grooming done wrong. I do not like the set up they have in the back for the pets. It seems a bit unsafe and unsanitary. We recently took my poodle here to be groomed and I don't know what they did to her but we're having to spend $650 at the animal hospital. They are having to sedate her to clean the area of the wound as well as other stuff. There was absolutely nothing wrong with her when she went. Now about a week later she has a big scab on her neck horizontally and it's starting to peel off at the top and expose her flesh. I am beyond pissed. Unfortunately there is no way for us to prove it but I am without a doubt certain they did this to her. I don't know if they used some dirty clippers and cut her. On Wednesday 22,2022 left my Dog to get his hair cut got there early about 7 am they asked me how I wanted it done I said you are the Pros cut it like you would do it for summer I was told my doggie would be ready about noon. Got a call about 1130 am said my pet was good to go got there and to my surprise he looked very well groomed I was very satisfied. Payed $70.00 for shampoo hair cut the works. I called a day ahead of time to schedule an appointment for a wash for my pup. I actually hadn't expected to get in and would have been ok with that. The guy who answered stated they were booked but would get me in between 8:30-9am. I was going to work at a business in the same complex so I went in to work early to accommodate that time since he was working me in...so I thought. Now here is the issue...I would have been fine being told no for an appointment. I realize this area may not have many groomers; the area I live in does, BUT I was shooting for convenience. Bottom line: pointless to schedule an appointment if it isn't honored. Telling people no is ok. read more

We started coming here back at their original location and they treated my dog incredible! For close to 14 years they cut and groomed her and would add bows. We were heartbroken when she passed and made sure to stop by and let them know and leave a picture. read more

I have taken my dog Kodak here several times each time I got him back he smelled like coconut and dog I could still smell what he smelled like when I took him in. Two days afterwards the coconut was gone and he really stunk, I don't think they were bathing him so I bathe him myself an there was a much better out come I only have the bathe him every 2 weeks. Took my cat here yesterday, called a couple of days ahead asking for pricing and what I wanted. No appointments required just walk ins with low pricing that was great!! I picked up my cat 3 to 4 hours later to only find fleas on my cat still. I notice the cat was still scratching and found flea traces and fleas crawling still. I rather spend 70$ and drive an hour to a groomer that does a full flea treatment and bath than to pay $32 and have her returned with fleas. read more

They are always friendly. I drive 20 minutes to them since I've moved because they just make it so easy to bring my dog and I never have to worry about being rejected (well unless they are too booked but that's only happened to me once) they also were kind enough to call me when they found out my dog had a bite wound. His hair had grown long enough to hide the cuts and they were the first to alert me that he was wounded. They were so gentle with him and cleaned him up and I was sooo grateful. read more

I took my puppies there to get groomed and they did a horrible job. It's extremely expensive and the Lady did not follow instructions when I told her I only wanted my puppies hair cut medium way not all shave off. Plus, when I got home I realized that some of my puppies nails weren't cut. I paid a total of $78 so not worth it. Oh and it really stinks and looks dirty! read more

I love this place! I've been taking my dog here for about 4 years now. The staff treats you and your pets like they're family. Everyone here is super friendly. They're always available to take in your pet for boarding. Today is Christmas Eve, I need to drive to San Antonio for the holiday, my dog sitter flaked on me. If you know what that's like, it's pure panic! I called AC and they had room!! Life saver!!! The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

I went to take my german shepherd and tibetan terrier to get their haircut. We told the dog groomer to match the dogs coat to the shorter hair on her head. The groomer said that she would try and if she couldn't match it that she wouldn't do anything. When I got there the german shepherds body was completely shaved and was patchy. She looked similar to a dog with mange. This in no way matched her head or her paws. After talking to the owner he admitted that he cut the dogs hair and not the groomer. He said that they were overbooked and he just did a 7. He agreed that it was a mistake. When I got out to the lobby and told the front desk clerk that I wasn't paying she asked him, he came out and made a big deal. Long story short he made excuse after excuse and I was left with a $135 payment for a botch job on my dog. Not only does it look bad, but it can be detremental to a German Shepherd's health to have its coat completely shaven as it can cause burning and other skin disfigurarations as their coat serves as their protection. This place had terrible customer service from the very start - completely unprofessional. read more

Shaved and burned when she was supposed to be cut and bathed!!!!!!Terrible and rude, didn't communicate with me appropriately. I took my small dog for a cut and bath. Her fur was about 3" and I requested it be cut down to 1 1/2". The guy took her back to the groomer before I left and came back and said okay. I reiterated I really did not want her cut short. When I picked her up she was shaved down to the skin with bald spots. No one called and asked if it was okay I just came to pick her up and she was bald. I called the next day and spoke to the owner I was told she had mats and her groomer said she never burned a dog shaving them before. Well now she has!!! No calls, no communication with the pet owners, no consideration. I don't even think they bathed her. The pictures show the truth. This place is a joke and really awful. Sorry I ever took her there. And the owner was so insensitive and rude: she must pass her attitude down to her employees. read more
