The company is super motivated to sell products, including financing if needed. We got a very generous military discount and trade-in credit for a 10 year old unit! I've researched the overwhelming selection of contracted and uncontracted filter/softeners out there, and I believe got a great deal! The warranty is represented by them and the manufacturer, which gives us peace of mind. The installer was a professional plumber who also works for Lowes and Home Depot. Back in 2017 I had a whole house water softener installed. Scott, the original rep, was a true professional and said I would love this machine. Well, I married this machine. My skin felt great after every shower. There was a noticeable difference in my clothing after being washed as well. Now, 3 years later Vito Badalament called me up to see how me and family were doing (gotta love my Hudson peeps). Vito cares and sent a rep out to check up on the machine. We moved to the are about 18 months ago and found that the drinking water here was terrible. We were used to good Colorado water, which, in my humble opinion, is the best in the country. About 15 months ago, we purchased house water treatment system from Florida Pure Water Solutions. The water is great! However, when I tried to arrange for an annual service a couple months ago, I had a hard time getting hold of anybody. I called the phone numbers on the installation paperwork which went to voicemail and did not receive any call backs. I tried the website on the contract and it was no an active web page. I finally emailed and got phone call back. However, I had to email a couple times to get the service arranged. It shouldn't be that tough to get a hold of someone to service my system. read more

When I purchased this water softener and reverse osmosis system, I had told the sales person that I was planning on moving in the next year or so and he told me I would get a free removal and re-installation if I moved. This is the only reason I felt comfortable with purchasing this system. I have since moved and the company will not stand by their word. In addition, they were given proper notification about the days I needed the service performed and the owner, Vito, did failed to also meet the dates necessary. This is the second time this company has failed to do that they said they were going to do. They first was they failed to provide the soap included package until almost a year later. I will say Robert the installer was amazing and did an amazing job, however, the company has flat out lied to me and will not rectify the situation. read more

I signed up for a demonstration at a fair - they offered a Publix gift for a demo. I thought - why not? The guy was the pushiest sales person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I listened to his whole presentation which took almost 2 hours and then gave me the price. it was too much but I told I would think about it. He kept pushing - no payments for 6 months, how about this deal, how about that deal, what if I got you a model? On and on, I must have told him at least 10 times, no thank you. I was beginning to worry he wan't going to leave my house. I actually got upset before he would leave. I am interested in getting a water softener but it won't be with this company. I have to wonder about a company that is so pushy. And I didn't even get the Publix gift card. read more
