I have been renting since the beginning of 2024, I have only rent 3 different vehicles and have taken care of them, no accidents/damages. I paid in full all my reservations every 4 weeks and renewed. I had pneumonia and a stomach virus for 12 days. I hadn't updated my reservations for a 8 days but also they had my $300 deposit on file. When my family got over this sickness, I immediately called to update my payment. I was told I was reported to risk Management? A "manager" called me named Mattie Smith (sounds like a fabricated name) told me return the car and we appreciate your business and put me on the do not rent list. They expect me also pay extra monies toward this rental. I will not and won't. I will also be reporting to this BBB, never received a deposit back even though I was told I was receiving one, then when you ask the branch they said they added to my reservation. I also kept up with oil changes, brakes and tire care for there cars. This is not professional and sounds and looks like people abusing there power. How can a million dollar company how incompetent and unprofessional managers allowing such nonsense happen? I recommend not renting from Enterprise in Medford, NY.
