Originally told by Owner Steve that there was a "title" issue and that would be resolved in 30 days, but 77 days later there was no information and no title. He failed to meet every timeframe HE established (usually by weeks): when we could test drive the car, when we could take the car to our mechanic, purchase price, when he would send the conditional purchase agreement, when he would sign the purchase agreement (which he never did), etc...
