When she first meets you she talks you through everything. She tells you how the laser works, what it will feel like, what you'll see in the weeks to come, etc. She has a great "bed side manner" and she seems to never be running behind schedule. If you're doing the laser hair removal you'll need to go back every 6 weeks for at least 6 treatments. The laser works best on dark hair and the area needs to be shaved prior to each treatment. The pain is not too bad, kinda feels like getting popped with a hot rubber band and it's really quick. I very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and once I'm back in an exam room I'm in and out in another 5 minutes. The staff here is great and when I complete my treatment I'll provide an update!

In my opinion, I think that she does a really good job with the brows. I can only attest to that. However, I've had a couple of bad experiences within that time with "newbies". One recently with a gentleman. My brows were jacked and I expressed that. Fortunately, the female owner was able to shape them up a bit more and I felt semi decent. Once I get used to a certain tech, I don't want anyone else to service me. I hate being someone's experiment. Nah. Other than the experimenting, my only gripe is that common courtesy is not a thing around here. I'm always one to tip and I've never gotten a "Thank you" instead suggestive services for lip, chin, head, shoulders, knees and toes are offered (slight exaggeration). But seriously, ease up on the pushiness for additional services, electronic and cosmetic selling and say THANK YOU.
