They recently finished an install of all of my windows, door and sliding glass door and everything went very well! Everything passed inspection easily. They were all very friendly to me. There was a lot of follow up with several team members. First, the salesperson Simon, did initial measurements and gave me an estimate. Then in another appointment, Javier confirmed the measurements (maybe before ordering parts). It took a few of months for HOA approval, county permitting and for them to receive my custom windows. Then before the install began, another manager Joel came by to remeasure and let me know what to expect during the install. I was a little anxious because they were doing my whole house and I knew it was going to be a lot of noise and demolition. But when Randy, the supervisor, and Yoandry, the team leader, showed up with 2 more guys they seemed to know what they were doing. So I basically hid in my room upstairs as they started working downstairs. Every once in a while I would peek out and see my windows getting knocked out and then my front door removed. They put up plastic sheets to minimize dust to other parts of the house. Yoandry and his crew made me feel at ease. It took 2 days for the demolition, new install and caulking. After the job was done Randy, the job supervisor, took me to each window and door and had me test them. He had me open and close each opening and then I had to sign a check list. Then the last day they put screens in the windows and did some other finishing work. The office scheduled my inspection. Yoandry and his team were also present with me when the inspector did a walkthrough of all my windows and doors. Altogether considering how much work was done, it was a relatively stress free experience! And my new windows and doors look great. read more

After pricing acrylic, it was cheaper to replace with glass and at A-Christian the front desk was friendly, accommodating and helpful. As a result of his initial visit to "just give me an estimate", which is what I asked for I basically let him leave knowing that I would not give them my business! He made many attempts to close out the sale before he walked out the door. I've been a salesperson for many years and I never used that approach because I know it doesn't work. Maybe that's how he's trained??? I don't know but it sucks! To top it off on his way out he asked for me to give him a good review so that he could earn a free gas card! Really? I bought my house under construction with A Christian glass doing the windows , the seller was cheap and under time restrictions but this company still installed windows and doors that had the best rating at the worst installation processes and standards ever, I used to install windows so I'm not ignorant. They caused an extra $3909 of cost to me to redo the horrific install they did, and the tech that came back to redo the door handles from their company even admitted it . He said he would not have done this at his house . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY And their customer service is no help. read more

Horrible horible job, The nightmare that hasn't ended even after several years later: Every single window and door had to be reinstalled , some damaged items were never installed. Their own mgr, (who left after a year) was a new hire and told me he's been in the impact window business for many years, he can honestly say this is the most screwed up installation he's ever seen. he wrote to me Sometimes you get incompetent crews its just the nature of the industry. Later he told me that he checked on the crew that did my installation and discovered they were new and they were never vetted to see if they had any experience in installation. I told him that was very obvious to me in the first two hours. Tip: watch the installation, TAKE PHOTOS of the screw placement! The placement was not up to code and I told them so and showed pictures, but they will try to quickly install the window or quickly cover with drywall or trim to cover up the problems. Luckily I took photos showing large areas (several feet long) that contained no screws. TIP: ask for all the photos they have and plan to show the inspector , so you can ensure their photos represent reality of the situation. Today, after months of waiting, we had our new impact door installed. All I can tell you is, that it was well worth the wait. In addition to enhancing our home, the two men who did the installation were phenomenal workers, who protected the inside of our house with plastic sheeting, and did an immaculate job in cleaning up , leaving absolutely no dust or dirt. Devastatingly bad. I had to hassle everyone from the administration office to the workers themselves to do the work. It's a full time job to babysit this company to do what they've been hired to do. I lost days of work interacting with this company. I've had my new doors for a few months now and one was installed at a slant and has been scrapping away the bottom of the floor. They threw away hardware I asked to keep on previous doors. The wood frame on the outside of the door is already splitting in half. They didn't even install one of the doors the right way (handle on the wrong side) but it was not worth the time and effort to tell them to start again. When the city inspector came to sign off on the work, he said this is the worst company he has to deal with and it's not even close. Of course, no one showed up when the inspector was here. Had to schedule that multiple times for no call, no shows from A Christian Glass. The inspector told me you can call city hall and they will give you a list of recommended vendors so you can avoid people like this. I hope people learn from me, read this and contact a third party for a list of satisfactory businesses in the future. read more

The BBB has a dirty laundry list of complaints from consumers that question the unethical business practices of this company. They asked for a photo which I sent. They made an appointment to replace the glass and said they would be able to cut it and do it the same day. This company has the ABSOLUTE worst customer service AND follow-up on their jobs. I called to schedule for a technician to come to my house because the doors that they repaired less than a year ago still weren't working correctly AND they were missing some parts. The woman in the parts department has "scolded" me and talked over me over me, so many times, that I am actually willing to live with my broken doors and missing parts then EVER deal with her again!!!!! ('ve called the manager and many others within this company and I've gotten NO WHERE even after asking the owner and/or manger to return my calls. I purchased a new home in Boca Raton almost two years ago that A-Christian had provided all windows and entry door for. I realized that three of the windows required screens that had not be installed. Norman and Katie provided excellent service in locating my screens and had them installed. Additionally, the technician, Randy and his partner, also repaired my front door weatherstripping so that it no longer leaks or makes noise when opening and closing the door. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Worst decision I made in years. Not responsive when issues arise. Imagine no quality control of a $25k impact window order? Wrong glass on 11 windows and 4 sliding door panels. And I had to tell them-- installers don't speak English or very broken. No supervisor on site to check in. From time of install to correct their mistake ( they blamed manufacturer, but if the checked the order before install they would have caught it) how do you miss the low-e coating that's a 15-20% additional costs? Windows installed in Feb. error not corrected till late Sept. that was another nightmare as the did not dedicate resources to do it timely. They sent 3 guys to remove and reglaze 11 windows. They can only do about 4 per day. The sliders aren't even factored into this. I could go on, but run away. Owner (Ron) and his son were no customer focused. read more

I placed an order for double glass door and clear windows back in November of 2021 and as of May 30 of 2022 they are some issues that need to be addressed but they keep postponing it. The other problem is the quality of the doors are not that great and the windows came with the wrong glass. These people dont communicate so are you constantly contacting them to get an update. I failed to do my homework to read the reviews about this company and regret it. I would not recommend this company for your door or windows needs. read more

Horrendous. Would never use again. Their customer service is worse than comcast. Their installers left large pieces of broken glass throughout the front lawn, left gaping holes around the openings overnight, improperly installed windows that resulted in me having to cut the drywall in order for the window to fit properly, damaged my tile floor in multiple spots, scratched the coating of the brand new sliders, failed to install components in the sliders (3 separate sets) that left opens gaps in the sliders allowing bugs to get into the house. I could go on and on. I called and got passed around and around with no substantive response. When I finally got someone to acknowledge me, they sent out a "field manager" who acknowledged these issues and then CRICKETS from them. Left voicemails trying to get our issues solved, nothing. Stay away. We previously re-did all the windows/doors at another home so I have a real experience to compare this to. Trust me, A-Christian is terrible. read more

A-Christian Glass installed sliding glass doors at our home. When the frame started to rust (in less than a year) they did not respond to emails or phone calls. I finally went to their showroom office and they sent someone out to look. Then months later they tell me we can not fix our mistakes too bad! Stay away!!!!!!! These people are beyond bad. Everything comes from South America and they make mistake after mistake ordering the components and every part takes months to get in. I'm over a year with my house torn apart. Additionally they sub out all the work to the cheapest installation contractors they can find. They totally destroyed my stucco and all my brand new gutters. Best part is they want me to pay my final 6k before I can get down for my final inspection. Today they told me they are going to put a lien on my house if I don't pay them all their money before final completion! Who does that!!!! I just threw my hands up and turned it over to my attorney. Had to give one star or this wouldn't post. Anyway just wanted to let everyone know to never use this company. Still (2+ years later) have not resolved our front door issues. I am on my third door that does not fit and was also installed improperly and since Thanksgiving I am living with a gap under my front door. Bugs, rain you name it get into my house. I recently had the PGT windows purchased and installed through them. Not only did the job take more than a year, I can't get the job finished. The PGT windows are damaged, many deep exterior scratches on doors themselves with window seals not tight. I have air and light coming through the bottom, and this was a $60,000 job. The moldings around the windows are different shades of white, the joints don't match - it's just a nightmare. Honestly, I'm embarrassed to have anyone see my remodel as they are an eyesore. This installer they use, Francisco, says the job is finished but the gc's agree, it's a terrible job and far from finished. I will be filing with the BBB and the attorney general office. I am exhausted from trying to get this Franciso to finish and fix this job. Too bad to be true but unfortunately, the pictures below tell the story. read more

We started this the week of Thanksgiving and they JUST finished last Friday, the 11th of January. It has been a night mare. I have been working with A-Christian Glass to replace a broken impact window on our home -- and it's been a month's long project. The glass should have been installed a month ago, but I have not heard a THING from the company, even after giving them 50% down on the project months ago. I call, I email, I write, but there's never any reply. We have not done business in the past, and there is no reason they should be treating me this way. I thought that I had deleted my positive review that Ron (who I was told is the owner of your company) wrote for me. All I wanted to do is rid myself of the experience so I didn't write a negative review. But when I was notified by Yelp that you were using my photo to promote your work, I realized people need to know that I would never recommend your company. There were so many problems with the window and the mess was unbelievable!! Among other issues, you installed a PGT window other than the one I purchased and the inspection for finalizing the permit failed numerous times. I'm so appreciative of the City inspector and City engineer who diligently worked through the project to make sure the window was installed properly. It took you so long to correct and finish the project and yet you threatened to put a lien on my property immediately after the permit was finalized. When I think of my experience with your company, I'm disgusted. I truly have a negative reaction just hearing the name, A-Christian, so I certainly wouldn't want you to use anything associated with me to reflect positively on your behalf. I used BNT for my PGT slider and it was a very professional company and seamless process. I would have no problem with them using my project for promotion. I ordered an exterior sliding door that had shattered. They initially told me 10 days. It took over a month and I called almost daily to try and get updates I left dozens of messages and spoke with the receptionist several times who assured me I'd get a call back soon. When they finally scheduled the instal, they acted like I was unreasonable for being upset it's taken three weeks longer than they said.
