The installers were very clean, made sure that they covered or sectioned off all areas that would get dusty from cutting the tile and cement to install the doors. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early,make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. She saw an ad for My Shower Door (MSD) and set up an appointment with a rep who could make recommendations, educate us and give us a quote. I apologize as I don't remember his name, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and not just out to sell. We showed him our master bath, and we had him quote the job to match what was done there in the Guest Bath. We also had this odd alcove in the master where we'd been keeping a hamper and we asked if it would possible to put shelves in the space above the hamper to add function. Our MDS rep made suggestions for the thickness of the glass, a bit heavier than the shower doors, quoted both jobs and we gave him a credit card deposit. Two weeks later, as was estimated, the doors went up, the shelves a week later (due to a back order on the SS hardware). I finally got around to using the "new" guest shower, and do my surprize when I opened the door after, there was a small pool of water just outside. I called the installer, Brandon, sent him a couple of photos, and we made an appointment to review and fix the issue. Brandon applied the the scientific method to determining what was happening, explained what he was going to do...and the problem is now official gone. I wish every challenge in life was a seamless and easy to rectify. The bottom line: 5 Stars! I was raised by the Greatest Generation. In my book there are only two rules to live by. 1. Assured has a great staff and great communication with the customer. Tina always answered all my questions. Installation of the entire house was completed in one day. The upside there was very little stucco repair. The only con was the few stucco repairs were not to my standard so I used my guy and Assured covered the cost no questions asked. Ron was a great salesman. He even dropped in during installation to see how things were going. Most salespeople just sell and don't care what happens after the sale. Not so with Ron.
