Took our multi poo for a trim. Our appointment was 11am. We were told it would only take 2 hrs. After 3 hours not hearing from the groomer we became worried so we went. When we got there our dog was not ready. She said it would only be a few more minutes. As I sat waiting I can hear the groomer shaving our dog. After waiting 30 more minutes the groomer shaved our dog when it was suppose be a trim. When I asked why it took 3 1/2 hours the groomer said our dog didn't like the blower so she left her there to air dry. Our multi poo is 6 years old, never had a problem with the blower. I would not recommend this groomer. read more

Every time my brother and I visit my mom we take one or both of her dogs in to get their nails trimmed. We've been here about 5 times and only for nail trimming. On or most recent visit they were not busy so we drove down with my mom's chihuahua Buddy and within 5 minutes they were done. All for the low cost of $5 (large dogs cost more). We like the place because the staff is friendly and the place is very clean. read more

Employee/owner has no compassion. Wouldn't let young man use phone after walking in heat after car broke down. Or let him sit and cool off. No compassion for humans, Wouldn't want someone like that grooming my dogs. Doesn't take much to be kind. read more

Never again. My dogs have been to the groomers a lot and in the past two years, I have never seen them so upset during pick up. I don't think they handled my babies the way they should have. The groomers complained that they were moving too much and making a fuss, but come on, they are dogs! They should know how to handle pets. Especially dogs less than 20lbs! I dont like how they handled things and I don't appreciate that kind of service. I rather drive to Vegas and get better quality service. read more

She handed me a local magazine with a story of herself inside, plus her business card. She asked me to complete an information card on myself and my dog, which I did, and asked me to return in 90 minutes to pick up my dog. I have a Bijon/poodle mix...best haircut that she has ever had. I was able to get an appointment quickly, she understood what I wanted and the service was fast.
