The best repair experience I have ever had. Our van broke down during a move, and I needed it fixed ASAP. Got it towed to Class Act, and within minutes had a quote, within 2 hours the parts arrived, and the van was fixed literally 45 minutes after that. Cheaper than the quote he initially gave me over the phone by $50. I was ready to be price gauged because I had NO CHOICE but to get the van back on the road ASAP, but Class Act actually charged me under what was quoted. If only I could find a shop like this in NY, my life would literally get a lot better overnight. Also, worth noting, every single time I called that day, the phone was picked up and my question was addressed with unparalleled patience. As good as it gets man, as good as it gets. The owner took the time to call me and explain every thing that needed to be done and the importance of the repair. Most mechanics just call with a price, it was a great relief to see that he actually cared if I understood what he was saying! Joe and his talented team have been my auto mechanics since I bought my first car two years ago. They do not make fun of my WVO (waste veggie oil) fuel system and fix what is necessary in a timely fashion and never overcharge. They can also do your annual inspection. read more

Coming home from school last week my car decided to die on I-76. Not cool. A tow truck rescued me and took me to Class Act Auto, a few blocks from my house, saying that's where he brought his own cars. I'm so happy he did! Rob worked right away to replace the alternator. I even noticed he had replaced my wiper blades that had been damaged by all the crappy snow this winter. What really impressed me was the time and care Rob and his crew put in to taking care of my car and erasing the worries we all have of being swindled by auto shops. Great shop!!! Super accommodating to my hectic schedule. A place you can trust to fix your car.

I got into my car the other day and received the nasty surprise of a driver door that wouldn't shut. After playing it for a few minutes I realized that the metal latch inside the door had gotten twisted upside down and was preventing the door from closing all the way. It was about 7:30 AM and most places I found on my phone weren't even open yet. I called Class Act and they told me to bring my car by and they would check it out. The mechanic took less than 2 minutes to fix the latch, then showed me how to fix it the next time it got jammed. Also, he informed me that my hinges were loose and my door was not aligning properly. The added pressure was causing the latch to twist. He told me to lift the door as I closed it to take the pressure off the latch. Then he told me to have a good day and started to walk back inside without charging me. I was in shock. I asked him if I could pay him but he said he wasn't going to charge me for a quick 30 second fix. What a literal class act-their name does not lie. I had about 15 miles to drive that morning and considered strapping my doors together from the inside to keep them closed on the highway. It really meant a lot that someone was willing to take time out of their day to help a complete stranger. My car is really old so I plan on paying back their kindness with my next repair need, which will undoubtably be soon. read more

My name is o'dell, and i had the pleasure of finding Class Act on line, i talked to them over the phone, they made me feel really welcome, and they understood me, explaining my problem, i got there dropped off my truck, they where not far from closing but looked at my truck anyway, found the problem and called me with the total it would cost me to the penny, and it was very reasonable. what they didn't know is that i had taken it to another shop before coming to them, and the other shop was trying to get me to buy a whole new steering column, that would have cost me about 650.00 , they replaced and repaired only my ignition switch, and only charged me 237.00 , so I'm grateful to have met a couple of honest guys in there line of work, they've got my business, and any friend i got that needs there services, thanks guys. read more
