I have been with Bennett for years, through several owners and location changes. Now they are…read moreunder Adapt Health. I've stuck with them because they are "the devil I know", not because they provide good service. Their staff overturn is incredible, their record keeping is a cluster cluck, and the time they take to resolve issues or fill orders is absolutely dismal. I could write a chaptered book on the bad experiences I've had but this latest one sent me right over the edge and I'm done. I needed a portable tank in order to be discharged from the hospital and as I was climbing into the Uber I switched from the hospital's tank to the Bennett tank and they had delivered it with NO GASKET on the regulator. Not only did I have to return to hospital but I had to pay for the UBER that I could not ride home in!!! Incidentally, DO NOT set up auto pay with them, make them mail an invoice and pay it yourself. Their billing is consistently inaccurate! If you provide them with your CCard info for one payment, they automatically apply the info to your account for future payments and it's a fiasco have it removed, can't be done online, takes a phone call, none of wehich are short.
