They have some scraps of varying sizes probably based on whatever project they happen to be working on at the time. So if they don't have what you need on one visit, maybe check back. I wouldn't necessarily count on leaving them your name and number - they probably think you'll have moved on by the time something comes in that fits your needs. BUT, the best thing about this place is the quality of what they have. I've been checking out a LOT of places trying to understand fake grass (turf) for a month now - "yarn" per square inch, weight, backing material, and for my husband - warranty. I swear if I watch one more video on YouTube about this stuff, I might go nuts. There's eco material, there's cool touch, there's color, there's grass matching, blah blah, blah -- mostly, what do YOU like, because it's all subjective imho. I personally don't like the super short stuff, but I can see how it makes sense for a specific project. (Mini golf!?) Anyway, I saw some that I liked right away and it was heavier and had a nicer backing than the typical "nice" stuff at Star, and a thousand times better than the big box rolls of stuff you can get around town which as a comparison is maybe 50 oz at best. The good stuff they have is 2-3 times that. (I bought 3x, because I like the good stuff - champagne tastes on a tap water budget.) Go check out Star, HD, Lowe's, Moon, etc - but don't buy until you check this company out. Especially if you have either a HUGE or TINY project. Midsize, well... I dunno. YMMV. Oh yeah, and I paid extra for delivery because it was the one thing in our remodel that wouldn't fit in the VW Golf (!) --- and they delivered on the same day. You might not get that lucky, but I know I'm off to gamble away $20 to see if the rest of my day is as good...

It is worth noting that all appliances they sell are in some way defective, even if it is new in box... there is something wrong with it or it wouldn't be at their store. I was told the unit we bought was brand new in box, they even showed me the box, so even though I was aware that all their appliances are sold "as is", I assumed it would look brand new... it did not. Our fridge arrived with a very large dint on the top right, just next to the corner, and cracks in 2 of the inner plastic drawers/shelves. The fridge took about 72 hours to reach cooling levels safe for food storage and they even had to send a tech out to verify it was working properly. In the end we saved about $400 bucks off MSRP, which was about $300 cheeper than Home Depots price was (even though appliances 4 less delivery was twice as expensive), but next time I'd rather spend more for a better quality fridge that isn't all banged up and looking 3 years old upon installation. In a pinch if you are like us and are low on funds and don't have the privilege to be picky on what your appliances look like (scratches, dents, missing drawers or door handles) then this place is a more affordable option. But if you can afford to go someplace else I suggest you do.

DO NOT use this business! This business was referred by my mother's home health care service. My…read moremother needs a suction machine and Vegas Medical suppose to delivered on a scheduled day. I spoke with Stephanie who is in charge of durable medical equipment, said we will deliver the machine on the following Monday. I told her that hospice will be picking up the suction machine on that Monday. Please be sure to have it delivered. My mother needs it. Stephanie said no problem. Comes Monday, by 4:15 pm Stephanie called and left me a message said, we got the machine in today and have not had time label it, so we will deliver it tomorrow. I got the message at 4:45pm and had to call her. Her attitude was very nonchalant which was very different from the rist time I spoke to her about getting the suction machine. At that time she was very pleasant and caring and assured me that the machine will be delivered on Monday. When talking to her re machine not being delivered and she pushed back. I got really upset and told her that my mother chokes on her own phlegm, especially at night. If anything should happen to her tonight I will hold you responsible! So, reluctantly Stephanie called and made arrangement for delivery at 6pm. Incident 2: Wednesday afternoon at 2:18 pm Stephanie called and left a message and said, my mom's wheelchair will be delivered the next day (Thursday) between 10 -1 pm. I got home from work at 4:45pm on Thursday and asked the caregiver if the chair was delivered. It WAS NOT delivered. I called Vegas Medical and the woman who answered the call said Stephanie is gone and I can call and talk to her tomorrow. There is nothing she can do and the chair will be delivered tomorrow. OF COURSE the CHAIR WILL be delivered tomorrow, since the chair was delivered today. The service from this business is AWFUL!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! Just imagine if you or your love ones should depend on their equipment for survival or to live. You can count on them not be there.
