You want the table a little warmer/ cooler? Got it. Want to lighten the pressure in certain areas? Sure, no problem! Curious about how 'x' pain connects to 'y' limb? You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.

Beware of Summer! She does not like to fix her mistakes. (She has another review on google saying…read morethe same thing) I contacted her a few hours after I got my colored and told her I disliked it. She was very rude to me about it and didn't offer to try to fix it once until I told her I was disappointed in how she was handling the situation. After being so rude, why would I even want her to touch my hair?! I've been going to Summer for hair cuts for a while now, only had two colorings. She told me more than once that a coloring was 100 flat rate. She charged me 110. When I reminded her that she said 100 she denied it and went on some huge rant about how clients want everything for free!!!! She also does not like to accommodate her clients and that's from her own mouth. She made the comment that she accommodated my needs the last time I went to her but she should've told me to go else where because stylist don't do that. Umm don't good stylist accommodate their clients needs!?!!? I've always been good to summer. I gave her generous tips to show my appreciation. I can't believe she reacted the way she did. It really is disappointing and frankly very surprising that someone that's supposed to be so professional would blow my phone up with rude and angry text messages all because I didn't like the dye job they did and wanted it to be fixed :/ I don't recommend her anymore. It's a sad day because I really liked her but I got to see the true summer and she's not a nice professional person after all :/ she doesn't value her clients!!!!!
