PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON!! AGGRESSIVE WORKERS I was attacked by Thuy Ly. This was my first and last time in this salon. I came in asking for a acrylic full set and gel, they were charging me $75 (no designs or anything) I thought it was expensive but I was there already so I didn't mind. I asked Thuy Ly for a squared shaped nail (I showed her a picture as well) When she was filling the nails I noticed she was doing a stiletto shaped nail so I told her that I wanted them more squared. And she proceed to tell me that this is what I asked her and I re showed her the picture and she proceed to clip all the extensions of the nail and cut a bit of my finger while cursing at me. At that point I was in tears and a guy working there took over and started helping me because I was being mistreated and my finger was bleeding. While he was helping me she was still cursing and screaming at me. She then proceeded to throw at me the nail file and at that point I didn't wanted to be there anymore because she was being super aggressive and the owner said that if I wanted I could leave. So when I stood up to leave she stood up after me and pushed me off the salon. I was in shock I was in tears from all the mistreatment and abuse received in that place. This is the worst and scariest experience ever at a nail salon. Please stay away from this place, very unsafe. The people that work here were super rude and aggressive no one did anything to stop her or anything I am 19 years old and felt super vulnerable at that place. Have went here for a few years and haven't had any major issues. The prices are decently priced and they have always had gel removal for free. I went to get my gel taken off my toes and the nail lady said bye and that I was good. Started walking out the door and the other woman stopped me to have me pay for the removal and they charged me almost $20 just to have my gel removed??? They didn't tell me about them starting to charge people for this now. They need to start having set prices for things and not just deciding whenever they want. read more

0 f****** stars !!!! I'm extremely disappointed in this business, I wonder how many people they get over on & rip off ---- I usually come here to get my nails taken off. It typical cost around $9-$10. So this lady is taking my nails off, mind you I always come here, but the old guy who wears a hat usually takes my nails off for me.. anyways, she doesn't even get all the acrylic off all the way, I even had to let her know that they still had acrylic on my fingers, she didn't put a top coat on my nails when she was done, so it's time to check out & she says I owe $16.00.. I told her that that's not what I usually pay, I called before hand & they said it was $10.. I knew she was trying to tip herself. I just felt like my intelligence was tried. Only go to the last lady on the left when you walk in. She is AMAZING but you will need to set up an appointment a week in advance. She talks to you and will put on a movie you guys can watch on her phone. Super nice! Five stars for her! 3 stars for the rest of the salon. My first time ever going, I was hearing customers get yelled at and argued with by the nail tech (myself included). I was told that a simple thing couldn't be done. Also, my nail tech was using the electronic nail file while he was watching the football game! He was focused on the screen, not my nails. Stressed me out and also my nails hurt after :/ Very clean though, just not the best service read more

Worst nail place I have ever been to in my entire life!!! I asked the lady nicely if she could make my nails a little skinnier and she grabbed my hand and started filing them roughly and then when she was done she said "next time you need to tell me how you want them done before I start" I didn't even let her finish I got up to leave and the man begged me to stay. The absolute worst job I've ever had done to my nails. I wouldn't even give this place one star but it's making me. I walked in when they told me to remove my old polish by placing my hand in a bowl of acetone with nail chippings in it. Then my technician was sleeping in the back and woke up to do my nails. She must have been really tired because she made multiple nails bleed, burned my skin, cut down my nails below the nail bed making some of them split. I got gel polish and it lasted a day before it started chipping off!! I highly recommend not going to this place. read more

I love this nail salon! I found them by chance when I was shopping in the area, and continued to drive to them (even though I didn't live on this side of town) until I recently moved out of state early March. I miss my nail tech - he's amazing!! Prices are very reasonable, and my best friend still goes there even though she'd just started going with me right before I moved. read more

Do not waste your money! My sister, her friend and I went in there because they said there was not a wait like the rest of the salons but there was only no wait because there were only 2 techs in there. A woman and a man, the woman was already helping someone, the man started on mine, he was very rude when I didn't understand what he was saying and he was hurting my fingers badly and when I said "ouch" he proceeded with "no pain, no gain." Well when I left my fingers hurt terribly with blood in the creases of them and still are. The same with my sister and her friend, their fingers are so sore, and mind you he did all 3 of our nails, his wife did not attend to anyone after the customer she had left. It just really isn't worth the money. I would recommend Lt nails or Destiny on stringtown road. read more
